Ch. 2 Nicole Grey's first baby steps

-1 year after birth-

I walked to the kitchen to make a bottle of milk for Nicole, our first baby.

As i walked to the living room, i saw her standing up. All of the sudden, she took her first step.

Christian! Come here! Quickly!!, i screamed in pride and happiness.

What babe?! What is it?!,
He said, loudly in surprise. As he looked at Nicole, he smiled, proudly at her. He walked over to me and kissed my lips and we watched our Daughter take her first baby steps. I smiled at her so proudly the smile was permanent on my face.

Then, Nicole walked over to us. She looked like E. T. As she walked to us. She giggled as Christian picked her up, smiling. I watched as her and Christian interact with each other. I smiled at them with the camera recorder video taping it.
As i was video taping her and Christian, I suddenly felt sick. I ran to the bathroom and puked in the toilet. Christian walked up to me as i leaned back against the tub. Babe? Are you ok?, he asked, concerned.

I nodded my head and smiled reassuringly at him.

Ok. Good. That's good babe., he said, smiling back at me.
