Percy's P.O.V
I was just on my way to meet Annabeth, down by the campfire and try to be there as quick as possible. When Annabeth told me this I got a little worried because she has never acted so serious and harsh once we started dating a few years ago.
Once I got near the campfire I saw Annabeth and..........another guy? I started to get a little suspicious because I have never seen this guy around camp. Once I got closer I saw that Annabeth and this guy I never heard of were holding hands. Annabeth then said to me "Percy....I think it's time for us to go out separate ways...A few months ago when me and you were still dating I met Jonas." I then realized who this guy was, it was Jonas Black son of Apollo and his camp house leader. She then said something that caught my attention that made me almost fall to the ground and burst out crying. "The reason why I asked you to come here is because I don't love you anymore, I fell in love with Jonas, you are just to weak for me, I need someone who can protect me from those monsters and I don't want a little boy protecting me I need a man."
After I heard this...I ran, ran as fast as I could and never turned back. When I was running I could hear them laughing and calling me a little cry baby after a little breakup................but the thing is, I was going to propose to Annabeth tomorrow.
