"BEKA IM BACK." Yuri had just returned from Japan from seeing his "dad's". He tried to turn on the lights but it wouldn't work.
"Oh Yura!" Otabek ran down the stairs with a flashlight and hugged him. "I forgot to tell you the power isn't working..." he looked down
"So no lights?"
"Nope..."

Yuri sat down against the wall. "What's wrong?"
"WHY? WHY LIGHTS? IT COULD HAVE BEEN A SPIDER INFESTATION OR A FIRE AND IT WOULD STILL BE BETTER THAN NO LIGHTS!"
"Yura... are you afraid of the dark?"
"WHAT NO!" Otabek turned of his flashlight
...
He lunged back as Yuri jumped onto him.
"BEKA!" Yuri started to cry. He was scared, really scared. Otabek turned back on his flashlight and pull Yuri off. Otabek leaned down and kissed he scared little boyfriend.
"It's ok Yura." He picked up the frighten boy and carried him off to the room. The two sat there watching Netflix on Otabek's laptop. Yuri sat in Ota's lap, playing with his soft brown hair as they watched a random movie. Otabek had his arms wrapped around Yuri's waist, holding him tightly. Yuri was still scared but Otabek was there, and that's all that really mattered.
"Thank you Beka..."
"Your welcome Yura..."
They watched the movie until they both fell asleep.
