Dating the Enemy?

I dive roll as an arrow barely misses my head. The people behind me were getting closer and the already narrow streets were turning into narrower alleys. I kept running, knowing that I would eventually run out of places to go when I ended up face to face with the end of an alley. My head was throbbing and I couldn't think clearly, when my pursuers finally caught up to me. My vision goes black.

 The simulation ended and judging by the looks of my trainer, I failed miserably. It was part of my training for my upcoming mission in Italy. I'm being sent there to collect a sample of a deadly pathogen that is being developed. "You call that a getaway?" said Elliot, my  trainer, in an annoying tone. I rolled my eyes and continued my training. I was in what I call the Arena. It was where spies went to practice  in a virtual simulation and sometimes hand to hand combat. Suddenly, my parkour training began. The Arena transformed into a scene in Venice, with the canal to my left, buildings to my right,  and a pursuer behind me. I began scaling the building, I grabbed onto the rough windowsill and started climbing. Note to self: Do not attempt to climb buildings in Venice. The walls were so smooth I couldn't press my feet against them so I had to use all of my upper body strength. I soon reached the top and looked down, my pursuer was only one story below. I decided to jump the gap between the building roofs
