Elizah's family

Elizah was an only daughter for her young parents. Her mother worked as a nurse while her father was a normal worker.

But unfortunately, when Elizah was just 6 months old, they died in an accident.

It was night, almost 11, Elizah's father was driving his car nervously. His wife was sick and she needed to go to a hospital at once. Since they had no relatives, Elizah's mother had to carry her baby girl. It was all in a sudden wrong turn before their car crashed into a pole.

Her father crashed into the front glass with his head, he wasn't putting sit belts. Elizah's mother was holding her baby girl with a tired look on her face.

An old lady, almost at her 40s, was standing with the few people who watched the accident.

"Elizah.. my baby, Elizah..." the little girl's young mother whispered tears streaming down her cheeks. She looked at her right and faced the old woman. "We don't have relatives.." She told her. She turned to her crying baby kissing her forehead. And with a last glance to her husband and daughter, she closed her eyes for the last time.

The old woman took the baby from the mother's hands.

"Elizah." She whispered kissing her forehead. She had a sad smile on her face. "I'll take care of you."

Soon enough, an ambulance came but to no avail. The young married couple were already dead. But their daughter was left alone. An orphan.

Lozita

The old woman's name was Lozita. She was a kind woman who owned a medium sized orphanage. She has a 20 year old daughter, Maxce, and a servant who helped in the orphanage named Leyonan. Maxce and Leyonan has bad thoughts about the orphanage, from which Lozita was unaware of.

She took the little baby to her small house and treated her as her daughter and her love for her grew bigger as the little baby grew bigger.

She taught her everything; including reading & writing. She taught her how to be honest, how to love people and never disrespect them, how to love people but not just give her heart or trust to anyone.

Every night, Lozita would comb the little girl's long blonde hair and join her on bed, advising her and just enjoying her company.

"You own a beautiful gift from God, dear. You are a strong girl. And beautiful as well. You have a beautiful hair, attracting hazel eyes, and a kind heart. Don't make a mistake and just trust anyone. Not everyone is the same. Don't expect more or less than they can give. Believe in your dreams, follow them. You'll face difficulties in making them come true, you'll cry at nights, some people will treat you badly, you'll get hurt, you'll have to sacrifice; make hard decisions, but, you must not give up. None of those possibilities should stop you. You're going to be what you want to be, you'll beat those who said you're not going to be. You'll be that girl who made her dream come true. An important, confident, and a happy girl."

Elizah would listen to every word the old woman says and smile. She loved her, as the mother that she never had the chance to grow up with.

For 15 years, she lived happily with the small mother and daughter family. She even visited the orphanage sometimes.

She didn't go to school because the schools in Condela village costs a lot of money. The rich kids were the only one who joined schools while the poor ones were tutored by their parents or relatives. Elizah loved being tutored by Lozita. Even if she'd sometimes had to be tutored by Maxce, who wasn't very bad but also not very good, because Lozita would go stay in the orphanage for about three or four days.
