"Here comes the tea."
Maxce came in with a tea tray. She gave a cup to Elizabeth and another to Yovel, who sat on the left side of his mother on the sofa, and handled Elizah a cup and for herself as she sat on the other sofa opposite them.
"Ooh, nice necklace, Elizah." Maxce said observing Elizah's neck taking a sip of her tea.
Elizah gave her a slight glare and started and looked down her cup.
"So," Yovel put his cup on the table touching his chin and faced Elizah. "Aunt Maxce told us that you don't like going out much. Why's that?"
"What?" She asked confused. Furrowing her eyebrows, she looked at Maxce who was having a really stern face as a warning.
She inhaled and shook her head understanding that Maxce must've told them something about that for some unknown reason.
"Yeah, that's true." She nodded and Maxce smiled evily behind the cup on her lips. "I'm not a fan of crowdness."
Even though she looked like a spoiled young girl saying that, Senorita Elizabeth still couldn't find a convincing reason to believe what Elizah was saying.
"How about you go out with us?" Yovel suggested and Maxce almost choked. "In our place, I mean. It isn't that crowded and if you don't like it I promise we'll get you back as fast as we can. Only for today."
Elizah froze. She couldn't believe what she has just heard. Going out to the most richest - wait, going out? Like really really OUT! I knew this would happen!
The two women and Yovel were surprisingly looking at the young girl's expression as her eyes went wide open and a really big grin started drawing on her face.
This looked like a lifetime chance to her. Even though her acceptance might cause her a really bad punishment from an angry Maxce later, she was alright with it. If things are going to get any better for her, then going out would be the first step. The children weren't going to get hurt because of her, Elizabeth and Yovel looked like a really good people and they might believe her. And she might even be able to trust them. She thought that this might be a really good opportunity for her.
"Well, I don't think that Elizah would-" Maxce begun but was cut off by Elizah's squeal.
"I agree!" She looked at Elizabeth and Yovel with happy eyes. "I mean, if it's okay with Maxce then I don't really mind. As long as you promised to get me back home if I felt any uncomfort then I agree." She added slowly.
"So what do you say, Maxce?" Yovel looked at Maxce with a half smirk.
"Well.." She said shooting Elizah a slight glare and cleared her throat. "I don't mind."
"Oh, it'd be lovely!" Elizabeth said with a small squeal standing up. Yovel stood as well putting his hands in his pockets.
Elizah smiled widely and looked at Maxce. She saw how her eyes were making fire and she knew that she has made the wrong decision. But she didn't care. There was hope now, and she's not going to let it fade away.
She avoided Maxce's eyes and looked away.
"But I have one condition." Maxce said affording a smile.
Elizah shifted her eyes slowly at her again as Yovel nodded. "Sure. What is it?"
"She gets back in the evening."
