The heart wants what it wants while the brain screams no at the top of its lungs

But the heart wants what it wants

The Brain has no alliance just an arbitrator looking to be fair

But the heart wants what it wants

Just an idiot for falling to deep thinking this could be real

Went in heart first instead of brain deep now the heart aches and along the brain just loses track of time

No use of pointing fingers who is to be blamed especially

When the heart wants what it wants

With no one to blame what is the heart to do?

Cry at night or despise the one who stuck the blade in so tight

Not only did they stab they twisted and manipulated the poor defenseless heart

Each time it runaway a slight tug pulled them back

Out from the light back into the abyss

The heart never learned kept running back because

The hearts wants what it wants

But in the end the heart truly killed its self

The true suicide that almost everyone commits its your thoughts that hold the weapon while your feelings keep you retrained

In this thing we call love we get so lost but in reality its lust that pulls us in the feeling of being in love but the pain of getting hit by a train

Crashing in on your chest you grasp and take deep breaths within your lungs collapse and you lay still

In the end the heart does want what it wants which is why its always shattered into a million pieces that won't ever make the same beautiful picture again
