Chapter 5

Dolly's POV 

The police leave the house after a while of asking me and Alula questions. I close the door behind us, Alula sat on the couch." So what do you have to tell me?" She wasnt mean about it actually she sounded curious. I let out a hefty sigh." In order to tell I also have to show you." I go up stairs and put on a tank top. The reason why I hide my arms is beacuse when I woke up these markings were on my arms they were swirls and very tribal looking. I walk back to the living room, Alula tilts her head. I sit next to her," Alula as crazy as it may seem, and as hard as it is to believe. I'm not fully human, at least not any more." Alula looks at me with a very curious face." How?" She asked. I sighed again and towards the window." I used to be human, I lived with my momma and my daddy. My momma and daddy had owned a big shipping company that I would inherit one day. I thought they loved me, b-but they didn't they had me beacuse they needed someone to run the company when they couldn't. I had developed anthrophobia. Wich was a critical shyness causing me to be afraid off big crowds, and people who I have never met. When I had gone to a practice day at my fathers work, I had a panic attack and learned about my phobia. Causing my parents to see no use in me... They sent out a message for anyone to do whatever they like with me. A group of kids I go to school with heard this and wanted to do a satanic ritual with me as the sacrifice. I- I committed suicide! And no one cared. But someone did see something out of it. A demon named Zarzuelas he saw that my life was taken away my potential was not put to its use. He inhabited my body and gave me a second chance to live my life again. And I'm never alone because he is always there I have powers because of him, I have a life because of him. But not the best. Alula my diet is very different from yours and it might scare you. But you have to hear me out." She nodded, Alula I eat humans." She let out a gasp, I could already think that I killed her father." Alula I would never hurt your father though no matter how hungry I was. I would never. But I am a demon so I do eat people so you would find gross things in the fridge." I said Alula gave giggle." If your a demon prove it." She said." Okay but right now you have to go to bed and show you early in the morning." I said

-The next morning at dawn- 

I float to the guest bedroom which was now Alula's room. I creep in and wake her up gently." Hey sleepy head wake up." I said. She sat up and rubbed her face. She turned to me and her eyes widened." Your floating?!" She said. I laughed a little," Yes, but that's not the only thing I can do." She got up and walked to the bathroom. I went to the hallway closet and grabbed her a towel. And I rummaged through some old clothing to find an old blue dress. I walked back to the bathroom where I set up a bath. Alula had brought a rubber duck, a boat and a rubber octopus. I started the bath, and got shampoo to wash Alua's hair.-ON EBUBBKE BATH LATER- I was brushing Alula's hair and I put into a braid. Alula had red/ kind of purple hair, I put her hair into a braid." There all done." I said. I went out of  He bathroom seeing that already got dressed n' all." So besides floating what else can you do?" I huffed," This thing I can show you without a negitve side effect." I put on my sneakers, Alula sees this and does the same. She pets Cheshire who is asleep on the couch nest to Lucifer. I open the door and close it behind us." Where are we going so early in the morning?" She said giving a loud yawn. I smile at how cute she was." Were visiting another neighbor of mine." I said leading her into the forest. Soon after walking we reach a  small clearing. Where some wolves were just waking up. Me and Alual were about a yard away from them." Are your crazy?!" She whisper/yelled at me." Actually a little yeah." I walked up to the wolves, caution in my steps. Alula followed but not to close." You've heard the myth on how animals can sense paranormal entities right?" I said looking at her," Yes." She said. The wolves took notice of my  presence and starred at me, and growled a little. I walked forward calmly. Their leader who was at the very front of them, was the closest with me. I walked up to the wolf. And put my hand on his muzzle, instantly he relaxed. And gave a happy noise the rest of the wolves acted like dogs, they licked my face and paws and me. I looked back at Alula who's mouth was wide open. I motioned her to come over. She slowly nod and stepped over with caution. The wolves started to growl at her but I said something in a language that Zarzuelas only knows but I don't fully know I inderstand but if I translate it would just be a summary. They relax again and start licking her face and pawing at her legs." Now do you believe me?" I said while she sat next to me. " Yes I believe you."
