Sang walked through the door ready to cry. I gave Gabriel a look, that said what did you do. He gave me I'll explain later look. I glanced overs her one more time, and saw she only had a backpack and a small suitcase. She walked into the living room to sit down, but she just stood there. Then she broke down in tears. I rushed over to her ,picked her up and placed on the nearest couch. I said,"Baby, what's wrong please tell us." Her reply was in between sobs but it was there.
She cried," I've been ....evicted form my ....apartment. The landlord.... only... let me in ...to get a few things...he said...I forgot ....to pay...but I didn't ...I.... go back...when...paid." Then after her response the tears kept coming. I lifted her up in my arms and headed to her room. The rest follow. I laid down on the bed, brought Sang close and rocked he run my arms. All the guys sat around the room quietly. Her sobs soon stopped and she became silent. Her small frame fit right into my chest. Mr. B than spoke,"Mrs. Sorenson, you are welcome to stay here as long as you need." He left the room after that. I am grateful that he let her stay. I've never felt this pull towards a person before. Sang gives me this new feeling. I will always protect her.
