Noel's POV
I sat alone on my couch with tea and a book and music playing lightly.
My fourteen year old sister Scotland came bouncing into the room." Hey Nono!" she shouted.
"Hey Scott." I sighed, looking up for a second then looking back at my book.
Scotland sighed before face planting next to me on the couch. She lifted her head and stared at me.
"You're so boring." she expressed.
"Well you're annoying." I mumbled.
"We never get to do anything fun." she complained sitting up.
"Well what's something fun for you?" I asked skimming the page.
"Going to a one direction concert!" she squealed. I stared dully at her.
"I don't do concerts." I said.
She sucked her teeth and folded her arm."Thats why I don't like you..." she mumbled.
That's was a low blow, and to hear your only sister doesn't like you when you're her only sister is not something you want to hear.
My eyes started I tear up a bit but I blinked the tears away quickly and looked at my book.
Out of the corner of my eyes I saw her glare at me before standing to her feet and storming up the stairs, down the hall, and slamming her door.
I sighed before picking up my mug and bringing it to my mouth. I took a sip and looked back at my book.
I heard the front door close and then footsteps leading to the living room.
"Hey Noel?" I heard my fathers voice sigh before he sat on the couch next to me.
"Hey daddy." I said peering up at him.
"I want to tell you something." He paused reaching into his pocket." I got Scotland some tickets and backstage passes for the one direction concert this Friday, I have to work but you can take her."
I shook my head. he knows I hate loud places."no." I stated.
"Noel please you have to do this for me, I promise I'll get you anything you want, promise." he said. anything?
"So If I go with her can I get a car?" I asked. he sat there and stared at me in disbelief.
He sighed."yes I'll get you a car as long as you take your sister to the concert."
"Okay." I said going back to my book.
He handed me a credit card and the concert tickets." don't show her the tickets, and go get some new clothes for the concert." he said.
I reached for my bag and pulled out my Michael kors wallet and fixed them. I set down my book and my tea and stood up.
"Scotland!" my dad yelled up the stairs. I cringed. she ran down the stairs and into the living room.
"Yes?" she groaned.
"You and your sister are going shopping." he said. her face lit up. She ran to me locked my hand in hers and dragged me outside grabbing the car keys and handing them to me once we got to the car.
God she is a little pest.
***
I tried to shop for myself, but Scotland made me get stuff like short shorts and crop tops when all I wanted were some band tees and skirts and jeans. although I did get that too but she was planning my concert outfit, without know it was a concert outfit.
We walked out of multiple store with two new bags each time. it felt like she was shopping for me than for her. which is really weird.
After a long day of shopping we drove back home. We got inside and dropped the bags on the floor and dragged our bodies to the living room collapsing on the couch.
