Chapter 9

( IMANI P.O.V)

I haven't seen or heard from Chrissy in a couple of days, and I'm starting to worry about her. I decided to skip school today and go to Chrissy's house to see what was up with her.

My mom and dad came back yesterday, so I told them about what happened. They told me that I need to check up on her,and that's what I'm doing today.

I took my moms car and drove to Chrissy's house. When I got there I pulled up in the driveway and got out. After I got out I went up to the door and rung the doorbell.

I waited like a minute until someone answered. When the door opened auntie Carla was standing there.

"Hey tete Carla." I said to her. "Hey Hun" she said to me. I asked her if Chrissy was home. She told me that she was home and that she wasn't feeling well and that I can come in and talk to her.

I stepped inside and went to Chrissy's room and opened the door.

When I opened the door I heard Chrissy under the covers crying. I went over to the bed and sat on the side of her bed.

"Whats wrong boo?" I said to Chrissy as I sat on the side of the bed and pulled the covers back.

She sat up and said "I've been holding this back since Monday and I didn't wanna tell anybody, but when I came from your house Monday I got here and tete wasn't here but Joshua was,and then he attacked me and I tried to get away but then he pulled me back and raped me."

I was filled with anger when she told me this.

"Well Hun we are going to set you up a doctors appointment. Does auntie Carla know about this?" I asked her with a hint of anger In my voice.

"No I'm to embarrassed to tell anyone including Vince,but I think that if I tell her she won't believe me." she said as she started getting out of the bed to go to the bathroom.

"Well we're going to tell her no matter if she believes you or not." I said to her.

I want to tell Vince,but I don't know how she would feel about that. Chrissy was really against telling auntie Carla about what happened,but I'm forcing her to tell her what happened.

As we headed downstairs we saw auntie Carla sitting on the couch watching tv. She heard us coming down the stairs,so she turned around and saw that Chrissy looked a mess.

"What's wrong hun?" auntie Carla asked as she got up and started walking towards Chrissy.

"She's to scared to tell." I said as a looked as I looked at Chrissy. I asked Chrissy if she could tell auntie Carla what happened.

(CHRISTINA P.O.V)

Tete Monday morning when I came from mani's house, I was coming over here to get ready and then head back to her house to pick her up and we were going to ride to school together.

When I came here I saw that you weren't home,but Joshua was.

I was heading up to my room and Joshua came out of no where and attacked me. I tried to get away but he pulled me back and he dragged me to my room and raped me. I said as I was explaining to my aunt what happened.

(AUNTIE CARLA P.O.V)

I can't believe what I was hearing,but I believe what Chrissy says because Chrissy has never lied ever in her life.

Just the other day I saw him eyeing her down with lust,but I thought that I was seeing things.

"Hun I am so sorry that I wasn't here to protect you,he's going to be kicked out from here and felt with. Do you have somewhere that you can stay for the meantime?" I said to Chrissy with tears filling in my eyes.

"Yes, I'll stay with Vince!" she said with all types of hurtful emotions all over her face.

"Well ok,you might want to start packing some things before he gets back. " I said to Chrissy as I wiped my eyes.
