Talking

Joana's POV:
"No, I don't care if she lost a lot of blood she's my little sister so you will let me go into her room and see her." The doctor looked as if he was going to crap himself, all he could do was nodded. The doctor gestured for us to follow him and he started walking fast. I could tell he was scared of Dean and he didn't want Dean to hurt him, to be honest I was scared because I knew that Dean could be scaring but I've never been around him when he has freaked out on someone.
I grabbed on to Seth's arm and I wasn't for letting go, he must've been able to tell I was scared because he whispered to me, "Don't worry, Dean would never lay a hand on you. This is how he gets when he is upset, he isn't one to show his feelings. He pretends to be some big evil guy but once you get to know him he's just a big softy."
Dean looked back at you guys and you could see it in his eyes, he just wanted to know that his sister was okay. That was all he cared about. He didn't want to be a bad guy, he was just worried and he didn't want people to see that he was just a softy.
You placed your hand on Dean's arm. "Dean, once we get to your sister's room and you get to see her. Do you think that me and you can talk?"
"Of course. I wanted to talk to you anyway. Let me just see my sister and then we can go outside and talk. Joana, you can just wait here and I'll take you to her room when we are finished talking. Seth you can come with me and you can stay with my sister. Do you mind doing that?" Seth gave Dean a looked that said 'Did you really have to ask? I love you and would do anything for you.' That was the guy you loved. Seth was so caring and that was only one of the many things you loved about him.
You turned and headed for the door and Dean and Seth kept following the doctor. You went outside and sat under the tree, waiting for Dean. You started thinking and you got lost in your thoughts. 5 minutes later Dean came outside and sat beside you. You looked at him, his eyes were puffed up and red which made you know that he was crying when he went and saw his sister. "Joana, she's laying there in her bed and she looks life-less. I can't do anything to help her and that is what bothers me so much." You pulled him into a hug.
"Dean, don't worry she will get better. Trust me, I wouldn't lie to you." He pulled away and nodded. "Dean-" He cut you off and you just listened to him.
"Joana, I know she will get better but she isn't the only girl I care about. When Seth brought you with him to the hospital and you told me about what happened to you, my heart broke. I needed to make sure you were okay and that's one of the reasons I wanted to talk to you," You cared about Dean as well, he was already like an older brother to you. "When did that happen?"
"It happened last year, I was about to start my wrestling career and I was in my locker room waiting for Stephanie to come and get me so we could discuss my match. I was sitting on the bench in my room listening to my music. I couldn't hear a thing and suddenly I felt someone put their hands around my throat trying to choke me out. I fought them off when they pulled out a knife and cut my stomach, they dropped me and left me to bleed out on the floor. I saw them leave and I know what they were wearing and I knew their hair colour."
"Joana, I didn't know that this happened to you. If I did then I would've come running to your locker room to save you. Joana I...I lo...wait no I can't do that to Seth he is my brother and I love him so I can't finish that." I looked into Dean's eyes and I knew what he was going to say. He was going to tell me that he loved me but he didn't want to upset Seth.
"Dean, I know what you were going to say and I love you too. I love you like a brother and I know that you would've come and saved me but you didn't know what happened." Dean looked at me about pulled me on his lap.
"I love you too Joana, I'm sorry for what I'm about to do but I can't help myself." The next thing you knew Dean pulled you into a kiss and you kissed back. You know that Dean did this because he cared about you, that's the only reason you kissed back.
Dean pulled away from the kiss and he had this look in his eyes. You have never seen this look in anyone's eyes before, it was like passion and love and care mixed into one look. "Dean, do you think we should go back in and see your sister?" Dean shook his head.
"I can't see you like that again Joana. It breaks my heart, I've took care of her since we were little. My parents use to work at the hospital and they wouldn't ever come home at night and when they did they would just sleep. I quit school to  make sure I was there for her and then one day they didn't come home at all. I phoned the hospital and found out that they both got attacked by one of the patients and they didn't make it out." Dean was getting all choked up just talking about it. You pulled him into a hug and kissed him on the cheek.
"Dean, I had no idea that your parents passed when you were so young. Who did you go and live with after they passed?"
"Well, when they passed I was 18 and because my sister was only 13 I got everything of my parents like the house and the car and everything. I had to make sure that my sister got everything and did everything like she did before they passed." You looked up at Dean and he pulled you into another kiss and you kissed back. You pulled away and Dean looked down, you picked up his chin and made him look at you.
"Dean, I had no clue about you taking care of your sister when you were so young. Dean you the best brother that she could have and I am lucky to have you in my life now."
