Hunter:"Hey is everything okay? Your kind of staring at me."
Alex:"Yeah it's just... did you know your kind of beautiful, hunter?"
*Alex POV*
Oh my god. Did I just say that out loud? Like of course I was thinking it but Hunter wasn't supposed to know that. Im his freaking baby sitter but for some reason I don't care. Usually I try to be professional about these things but I just can't help having these feeling for him. Everything about him is perfect. Not only his amazing features but to say the least he has a beautiful personality. He's caring and nice and really funny, but my favorite part is the way he makes me feel inside. I get chills at just the thought of him and when I'm with him it's like nothing else matters. I swear it's like I've known him for years but we really only met the other day.
"Helloooo...alex" my thoughts were interrupted by his sweet voice and I had remembered what had just happened
"I'm sorry, what did you say?"
"I said, thanks but compared to you, I'm a toad. But I was kind of expecting you to laugh but you just spaced off. Are you okay?"
"Yeah sorry I'm fine and compared to me your actually a god"
We kind of just laughed off the conversation and decided to go and watch a movie in the basement.
"Want any popcorn?" Hunter asked
"Ummm obviously?"
"Well fine then. The popcorn is in the top cupboard on the left. I'll go pick out a movie okay?
"Yeah sure"
Hunter made his way downstairs and I attempted to find the popcorn. I could have sworn it wasn't where he said it was but it was there. I just had to climb the counter since I'm only 5'2" but after a while you get used to climbing things. After I figured out the perfect spot to place my foot so that I wouldn't fall it got a lot easier.
Anyways, I made the popcorn and headed downstairs. Hunter had set up a spot on the couch with a blanket so I sat down with the big bowl of popcorn and waited for him to come back in with the movie.
"So, we have Beauty and the Beast or up. Which one?
"Ooooh lets watch beauty in the beast. I haven't see this one yet."
Hunter put the movie in and walks over to me after pushing play. He sits down and immediately starts stuffing his face full of popcorn.
"Hunter that's gross slow down! Your spilling popcorn everywhere oh my gosh"
"But it's so good" he said with a cheesy smile
"Whatever" I said playfully while shaking my head
We were about half way through the movie and I felt hunters arm snake around my waist and pull me in close to him.
There's that tingly feeling again oh goodness. It's like every time he touches me he lights tiny little fireworks in my skin. I decided to put my head in the crook of his neck since its right here and Im feeling really tired. Not too long later my eyes start to drift shut and the last thing I hear before I fall asleep is hunter saying
"Sweet dreams baby girl"
*Hunters POV*
While we're laying, cuddled on the couch I notice Alex's eyes start to close so i whisper in her ear
"Sweet dreams baby girl"
She's honestly so adorable when she sleeps. I finally take this chance to take in all of her features. Her beautiful blue eyes, long blonde hair and soft, plump lips. She's like a goddess that I can't get over. It's like every time we touch I get this tingly feeling and she just makes me so happy. Even her presence is uplifting.
I can't help but think what it would be like if our lips touched. The fireworks in my skin would be like bombs in my lips.
But soon enough my head started to drift towards hers and I fell into a deep, calming sleep.
