Shut Your Mouth

Shut Your Mouth

Don't say a another word, I'm sick of your poison

You're the biggest dynamite in this war.

You know you're ripping me slowly to pieces

I'm lying on the pavement as the rain pours.

I have no idea, how you knew me

From the beginning, and I don't know your reasons.

I don't know who you are anymore, because you change too much.

You're sweet and cold like the seasons.

And your screams can shut a door!

SHUT YOUR MOUTH,

Before I break down and lose my hearing

SHUT YOUR MOUTH,

You know it's killing me.

SHUT YOUR MOUTH,

I'm shedding like the snake that's chasing me!

You know how to use words to take me and wrap around your finger.

Your world and the people living in it are like your puppets.

The demons from below are dragging me beneath so I can linger

But I don't think I'll be coming out soon.

My mind is spinning and I'm tripping everywhere.

I'm losing conscious and I have no one to defend me

This place seems so empty ; it could be bare.

The sky is falling down onto me.

SHUT YOUR MOUTH,

Before I break down and lose my hearing

SHUT YOUR MOUTH,

You know it's killing me.

SHUT YOUR MOUTH,

I'm shedding like the snake that's chasing me!

I don't think I can take anymore of your lies!

I was feeling angry. Was this too...harsh? Hehe. This poem doesn't seem so spiritual.
