Jess's POV
I froze. He's back! N for Nate or Nathan. He's my ex boyfriend. I broke up with him when I found out he's cheating on me.
--flashback--
"so what time is your date?" Callie asked. It was my first year anniversary.
"it's at 6. Nate was supposed to pick me up at 6." I said.
It was already 6:05 and I know him. He's never late. So I decided to go to his house. On my way to his house, I kept on calling him but no one picked it up. I opened the front door and I heard some noise from his room. I went up and opened his door.
"Hey babe.. Are yo- oh my gosh" He was naked with a girl on top of him. I felt teardrops rolled on my checks.
"Happy ANNIVERSARY Nate! Hope you have a great day! WERE DONE!" I said. Well more like yelled. I ran back down. He was behind me following me.
"Jess! I can explain!" He tried but I just drove off.

"JESS! JESSICA!!" Cole was waving his hand infront of my face.
"sorry. I was thinking about something" I said. I know they don't believe me but at least I tried.
"are you okay? We've been calling you for like 5 minutes" I just nodded and smiled sheepishly.
"okau.. lets go before we're late" I followed them and go to the next class.

Matt's POV (his POV on chapter 8)
I looked at Jess and grinned. She looks so cute with her crop top and black skater skirt and her hair was curled.
"oi! was that her? THE girl?" I nodded.
"Oh! Damn she's cute..." he mumbled. I just glared at him. He put his hand up.
"chill! I'm just saying.." He said. I just rolled my eyes. Too lazy to talk. We went out off starbucks and drove to school. I dropped Dan at the middle school building and I drove to the senior school building. Usually I parked my car in the middle school parking lot but today I'm too lazy to walk so I parked it senior parking lot.
My first period was History class grade 12 so i'm going to teach Jess. I grinned.
"jess? are you sure you're okay? You seem to zoned out a lot." I heard Callie said to her.
"yeah im okay.. Im just tired." Jess said while smiling. But her smile isnt the same smile as usual.
Something is off. I just knew it.
I'm gonna find out.
