Chapter 9

Until I passed out.

German's POV

I heard a loud bang and when I looked back I saw Angie with her eyes closed and she was passed out.

I didn't lose any time so I accelerated the car. In some seconds we were in the hospital.

Angie's POV

I've been here at the hospital more than 3 hours. I just woke up but it was 08:00 and now it is 11:30. A doctor came in.

"Miss Angie?" he asked

I nodded.

"Well, I guess you must already know that you have cancer." he said

"Yes, since last year." I replied

"Well, you were on stage 2 but it has increased to stage 3." he said

"How many is the therapy?" I asked nervously

He looked at me with a doubting face of telling me or not.

"It is...200 per therapy, also I have to tell you that... your leg will have a cast on the knee for 6 weeks. On those 6 weeks you can't walk and two of your ribs are broken." the doctor finally said

"What? I can't afford not going to work, how will I pay the teletherapy?" I asked

I was really stressed out by the fact that I cannot go back to work. Now definitely I will die.

"Have someone take care of you. You are leaving the hospital tomorrow morning. Good afternoon, I leave you with your first guest." he said

I started crying. I know I won't solve anything like this but I didn't know what to do. The door went open.

It was Victor.

"Tell me now that you are about to die, do you have a lover?"he said loudly in my face while spitting my face

"No he isn't." I said back

"Don't you dare lie to me!" he said while spitting me again

German's POV

I have been waiting here for Angie for a very long time. I don't care because it is Angie but I really want to see her. And the guys that took her to the restroom just came over and he claimed he was family to her so they let him in first.

The doctor came to me while he was in there.

"Are you related to Angie?" he asked

I have to say yes.

"Yes" I said

"Well, she has cancer stage 3 and her leg is broken. Also she has two broken ribs." he said

"What? Are you kidding me?" I asked

I can't believe this.

I didn't wait for an answer and ran into the room... I will take Angie tomorrow to my house but first I need to see her...
