"Failed Penny Board"

Taylor had invited me to go with him to Magcon! Sure I got a lot of hate for hanging out with Taylor but we weren't dating. I wish we were, but we're just best friends.

The rest of the boys went to get breakfast while Taylor and I laid back for a while. We were watching some television when I decided to get changed. "Taylor, it's eleven. Remember you got to meet the guys at twelve." I said while searching my bag. I heard him grunt, "Fuck, I forgot; I'll get ready.." He went to the bathroom while I changed into some jeans with black converse, black fitted shirt and a black bandana on my head like Taylor.

I turned to get some perfume when BAMM! I fell over Nash's penny board. "Oww!" Taylor came rushing into the room with his wide eyes; "Y/N! What happened?!" I looked up at him as he helped me up. "Nash decided to leave his penny board here and I slipped with out noticing." "Can you ride?" I shook my head no when I noticed he had not let got of me. We were chest to chest, I looked up to his warm brown eyes and he looked into mine. "I-I'm sorry.." He said, awkwardly letting go.

"I can teach you!" He said picking it up giving me a 'you wanna try' look. I raised my eyebrow and crossed my arms. "You don't know how to ride!" He laughed, "Sure I do! You've just never seen me!" I pursed my lips and stepped back, "Let me see you then." I say with a devilish grin taking out my phone to record.

He leaned in to the camera and said "Gladly." winked stepping back. At first he was doing fine keeping his balance riding in the hallway back and forth. When suddenly he looked up at me completely loosing his balance causing him to fall ontop of me knocking down my phone. I opened my eyes finding myself laying in the floor with Taylor on top of me. He looked down at me and giggled showing his braces.

"Oops. How'd I do?" I giggled under him, "You did won-" I was interrupted by his lips crashing into mine. My eyes slowly closed along with his as his soft lips moved in sync with mine. Taylor Caniff, my best friend, viner dude was on top of me, kissing me in the middle of the hotel hallway.

We pulled away slowly opening our eyes again. Taylor finally said what I've dreamt of him saying, "Y/N, I've had a crush on you ever since we put worms in Ms.Chambers' purse in the first grade. I think i even have more than a crush on you Y/N. I love you. I've loved you for fourteen years and never had the balls to tell you." I was grinning like an idiot and kissed him again. I caught him by surprise this time.

We pulled away he finally popped the question.. "Y/N darlin', will you be my girlfriend?" I smiled, nodded and said "I thought you'r never ask." He grinned pulling me up. "Let's get going before the guys come looking for us!" I laugh as we interlock fingers while Taylor rides the penny board and I walk keeping his balance.

"I love you y/n." "and I love you Taylor."
