There was a time where he could remember everything; what he wore about a year ago to his aunt's Christmas party, what he had for breakfast on his 12 birthday party, and what he had gotten me for my 15th birthday party. His memory was excellent, whichw as a blessing and a curse. He also remembered every arugement we could've had, every harsh word we've exchanged.

Now, that's gone. Everything. He barely remembers what he had for breakfast in the morning, a password to a social media website, or what his brother's favorite color was. He gets better, he shows improvemtn, then out of the blue he'll lose all that progress. Everything we've done to help him remember; it'll be lost and we'll have to start over.

He remembers me, Egypt Gaile, his girlfriend. He calls me by name everytime, after every relapse he has, he looks at me with a look, saying my name, and I have to let the tears fall as it comes repeatedly out of his mouth.

At times, I lose it sometimes. I wonder if he'll loose everything, and not even try to start remembering. Not even wanting to remember those who had loved him. That I'll loose him completely one day although he assures he never will.

I'm not sure what I'd do if that ever happens. I can't freak on him, I can't start over with something that has no memory of who I even am.

But even so I stay, and I will stay until he refuses to remember me. And that will be the day I justify that our love is shattered, gone, and broken beyond repair, and probably can't be saved.

A/N: so the rest of this book will be letters that Egypt writes, some in her diary, some to leave to Niall. Some chapters might add a Niall POV but I can't let you guys be sobbing behind computer screens :( I just can't do that to yous :( but enjoy this! :)
