Chapter nine

Hade's POV

       I flashed into the throne room as soon as Zeus summoned the council for an emergency meeting due to Apollo having a prophecy. When I arrived it was eerily quite and extremely tense. Everyone had their lips pursed in a thin line (even Hermes) with all eyes focused on Apollo. Who looked to have aged many years from the lines of concern etched on his his usually young, carefree face.

"Apollo, please share your prophecy with the rest of the council."

Apollos eyes then clouded over and his voice became deep and raspy as he spoke

"Foes of your blood, from
the Burning Realm shall rise.

The Lady of the Night
will be your demise.

The Gods rule will fall
without the daughter of the sea
and her allies."

After Apollo came out of his trance he keeled over on his throne and passed out.

Athena than began speaking "Foes of your blood, from burning realm shall rise..... well the burning realm must mean the fields of punishment in the underworld, correct?" The only response she got was a few nods and mumbled agreements from the other gods. So, I took the chance to add my own opinion into the mix.

"Correct you are, Lady Athena. As for the foes of our blood we can rule out the giants, primordials, and other gods for they wouldn't be in the underworld. So..." I said trailing off at the end to see if the other gods understood what my conclusion was.

"So, it must fallen demigods! Most likely the ones who tried to make Olympus fall in war." Finished Lady Hestia with a hint of sadness in her tone.

"Of course! But then who's the lady of the night?" Questioned Hermes.

"It would have to be a being more powerful than the gods if they managed to raise so many fallen demigods from the dead." Stated Athena.

"So a primordial?" Asked Aphrodite.

"Yes, and their is only primordial with the domain of night. Lady Nyx the primordial goddess of night." Said Ares.

"But who's meant to stop Nyx and her army?" Asked Mr.D.

"From the sound of it my daughter is going to have to cut her vacation from the gods short." It was my brother Poseidon who said that much to my surprise. He hasn't done much talking since Percy left her demigod life behind because he feels as if he's failed his only daughter.

"Yes, and it appears she now has a team beside her who we will also need." Said Lady Artemis.

"Should we IM her?" Asked Apollo who
looked as if he'd just woken up. Which considering the circumstances most likely did.

"No, I think a few of us should pay her a visit. Brothers, Lady Hestia why don't you go see Percy and see if you can get her and her team to come back with you to Olympus." Stated Zeus.

"Alright, ready Poseidon, Hestia?" I asked getting ready to flash out with them.

"Yep" "lets go!" And with that we were off to see my favorite niece.

Percy's POV

        Today had been relatively uneventful. I woke up next to Wanda. Got her up. We both got dressed. We ate breakfast with the other Avengers. Then we all went to the gym to spare or watch everyone else spare if you're Tony and Bruce.

     Thor and I were sparring hand-to-hand. I was trying to identify and strike his weak point while countering his attacks and throwing in a few of my own blows to divert his attention. Soon enough I was able to kick his legs out from under him and pin him to the mat when a blinding light began to fill the gym.

"Everyone close your eyes! NOW!" I shouted so they wouldn't be killed by our godly visitors.

       When the light died down I told the others they could open their eyes and looked up to see my father, my uncle Hades, and my aunt Hestia.

"What are you three doing here?" I asked bluntly. It's not that I didn't want to see it has been about a year since the war and I wasn't planning on staying away from my messed up family forever. It was just a surprise seeing them here. Although I'm sure it was even more surprising for the Avengers.

"We need you and your team to come with us, Percy. I know you wanted to be left alone but a new threat is rising and only you and your team can stop it and save everyone. Please come with back to Olympus." Said Dad.

"Okay. I know you wouldn't have come if you had any other option. So, I'm in but your going to have to ask the Avengers if they are will to fight. Guys?" I questioned them.

Cap looked at the team for any hesitation and when he saw none said "we're in but quick question who are you and where are we going?"

"Oh sorry! I'm Poseidon, this is Hades, and Hestia and your coming with us to Olympus!" Said dad.

"Now unless you want to die I would close your eyes." I told them and when we all had our eyes closed dad, Hestia, and Hades flashed us away.
