Leo's POV
"Don't act like we aren't best friends."
I can't stop thinking about what she called me. I wish she called me something else. More than just a best friend. I guess you could tell that I love her, and she knows that. She knows that I love her but as a friend. Nothing more than that.
"Mr. DiCaprio, would you mind telling us what you've been thinking about? Seems deep." She said, with such sarcasm.
I got out of my thoughts because Mrs. Jensen called me.
"S-sorry, Ms. Jensen" and with that, she continued to talk, and I continued to think about Kate.

Kate's POV
The bell just rang, it's recess.
I went straight to the cafeteria where Leo and I would usually meet. I do hope he's gonna come, he seems not like himself earlier.
I had so much in my mind that I didn't know where I was, and who I bumped into.
It was Ned.
Ned is my boyfriend. It seems like he's not because he isn't around that much anymore, and Leo and I don't really talk about him. I don't really know why, too. But, I do love Ned, and I know that he feels the same for me.
"I'm sorry" He said. I smiled.
"Same to you" he chuckled.
"What are you laughing at?" I said with an annoyed expression on my face.
"Nothing, where are you going anyway?"
"To Leo. We haven't seen each other that much this summer."
"Well, I haven't seen you that much too, babe. I'd have to come with you"
"Just to see that my girl's in good hands" he added. I pushed him, and we both laughed.
