"In this world, where everything seems normal and calm, I wonder if the world has secrets."-written Emiko, a student of Tokyo University. She was a girl with bright eyes with pale skin and long black hair. She has an average height which makes her look cute. Being this type of girl, she is very intelligent and is a good observant person. She has a detective type of mind. She likes reading all type of books and learns many things from them. She likes to listen to the music. In brief, she is a nerd with a cute appearance. Her small family consists of her parents and her grandparents. A typical family with nothing rich or poor, just a middle type of family.

At this age, Emiko gets a crush over a popular guy called Yakunan. His name was scary but his looks were breath-taking. He is in Emiko's class and is also a genius like Emiko. He has a mysterious type of character but it was the first time that Emiko does not use her detective mind. She finds Yakunan cute but thinks about her career first. Whenever she saw Yakunan, she just fakes him out to keep her heart out of this. One day, in the library, Emiko went to read with her friends and there was Yakunan too. Emiko was giggling silently while Yakunan was reading his book. Emiko did not notice that he was there but Yakunan did. He saw her and was looking at her with frozen eyes. He was watching her reading and was whispering on her friend's ear then laugh with tears. This made him laugh to himself. Everyday Emiko went to the library to read some stuffs and there was Yakunan who come regularly for search purpose. Everytime, they find each other on the side of table. Emiko could see him just by looking straight in front of her. Yakunan, one day, finds some courage to talk to Emiko. Emiko is someone friendly so they became buddies. With time, on their last year, they have decided to date each other.
