one morning I woke up to the chirping of birds near the window as I poped open one eye to see that the room was lit by sun rays seeking in through the curtains
I threw my head back on the pillow and groaned
I hate the fact that I would wake up to the smallest sounds and then wouldn't fall back into slumber
I thought about starting my day early because he was up and there was no sign of going back into dreamland

a few minutes later I walked down stairs fully dressed and ready for school
'strange' I thought my mom wasn't in the kitchen as usual
"Mom?" no answer
"MOM??" I asked a little louder but still no response so I debated for a while whether I should look for my mother first or have breakfast as I was starving then later stick to the decision of finding my mother then asking her to make something for me as I was very lazy to pull together something for myself.
I rushed sliding the door to the backyard
why backyard you may ask
well, because after me and my dad comes her second family of plants
the garden
I didn't find his mom outside but ....
but I saw a huge castle that apparntly had appeared overnight
and to my surprise the castle door creaked open the moment I stepped further into the backyard
it looked so warm and inviting as if to prove it strong cold winds started to blow
whispering in my ear "Go and be always happy and content" it said
"Go and get everything you ever wanted money best of the best food and any other thing you can ever wish for your desire is our command leave all this behind and go step in, forget everyhing and become our new king" it tempted me
Just as I was about to take a step in the direction of the castle thunder roared with lightning as if trying to warn "Don't! if you ever want to see the sun rise again or live a normal life don't! Don't let them fool you by awakening desires in you that aren't even yours... turn back and run as it is your only change or no going back"
I snapped out the trance the winds strangely put me in
every nerve and gut were screaming bad idea to me as I thought about EXPLORING the castle
I went against all the signs of warning and stepped in ...
