Why do we have to turn our love down?
Upon all times,why on this very night?
I thought true friends never depart even with the coming of dawn
eventhough you and i have for long been out of sight.
Nights are meant for restless creatures to sleep
and never was night meant for a faithful lover to weep
but since there is no help,come let bid farewell and part
and since we are leaving,you shall get no more of me
even with all these am truly glad with all my heart
that for once i was fortunate enough to love thee
come closer let cancell all vows
so that when next we meet it will not show in our eye brows
that an atom of our past love we still retain
and with this am sure our love will never exist again
