Our homeland was taken away from us by the demons of hell. We escaped and made it to our new home Clypeus. It is holy site called The Shield. It is a nice enough place, but it is not like our old home Themyscira. The terrain is the same, but it doesn't have the same comforting feeling of home you know. Yet I can't complain if we had not found this place we would have been wiped out long ago. We have been here for four years and have had more contact with the outside world than I would like, but we need then now more than ever. Yesterday we had a war council, in which we discussed whether we would take back Themyscira.
Some responded with a cry of "of course is there any other choice" while others cried out "we can't possibly go there, we would lose too many Amazons there, best to make do with what we have here".
Once it was over the council decided that we would not be going back to Themyscira, because it would be to costly in the fight to gain back Themyscira. Yet there were some of us who were hell bent on regaining our homeland. Those of us, are the remnants of REAF.
