Chapter One

AN: the video above is the events that occurred. And yes I know It didn't actually happen as I explained in the description of this story.

Ashley's POV
I woke up to Jake introducing his vlog. I stood up and jumped onto his back.
"Hey babe." He said turning and pecking my lips. I jumped down, putting my arms around his torso and putting my head on his chest.
"What are we doing today?" I asked yawning.
"I'm not sure yet." Chance and Anthony made noise from the trampoline. Jake called Tessa and my triplet's (the Martinez twins) to the office. We all sat down around Jake, me in Jake's lap. He was still filming.
"Do you think we should officially put Chance and Anthony in Team 10?" He asked.
"Yeah. I mean they're our best bros. You and Logan grew up with them." I said.
"Hey guys, look at this." Kade said. (AN: I know I'm not sticking completely to the video, but like I said, this is my version) we all gathered around Kade. (Cue trailer to Phoenix Forgotten) "I was thinking, we should be the first ones to, you know check it out before other's get the idea to." He said. I nodded along with Jake. Jake looked to my triplets. They nodded too. We all looked at Tessa.
"I'm out." She said.
"Common Tessa please, don't make me be stuck with all the testosterone." She groaned.
"Okay I'll go."

We stopped to fill up for gas. I walked into the store and paid then walked back out to Jake. I wrapped my arms around him as he filled the tank up. He wrapped his free arm around me, kissing the top of my head. I let out a shaky breath.
"What's wrong?' He asked.
"Nothing. Just a bit anxious about what we're gonna find up there. I mean what if one of us doesn't make it out?" I rambled. Jake put the pump thingy back up. He grabbed my shoulders, making me look at him. He looked into my eyes.
"Babe, we're all going to be fine. I promise. Nothing's gonna happen to any of us. And I promise I will not leave your side once we're there." I nodded. He kissed my forehead, wrapping his arms around me. We parted and got into the truck. I was in the passenger seat and Jake was driving. Then Tessa, Ivan, Emilio and Kade were illegally stuffed in the back seat. I leaned my head on the window and fell into sleep.

"Babe wake up." Jake was shaking me.
"Hm?" I said rubbing my eyes sitting up.
"We're here." I jumped up and looked around. I sighed shakily. Jake looked at me with love in his eyes. "You'll be okay, babe. I promise."
