It had been four months since Lucy last saw Mystogan. During those four months she got a special request to see Jellal. While the council determined his fate for everything he had down including Nirvana. She would visit him after missions and making sure no one knew where she was going. How can you explain to the whole guild that she is meeting with a 'criminal'. She already knew what a few would say or do, Natsu might get mad since he only knew as Jellal trying to revive Zeref and make Erza cry. Erza might want to know why she is visiting him when he doesn't know anything, Gray might give her the cold shoulder well maybe the whole guild would. This is something she must do even if he doesn't remember or ends up hating her.

"Jellal... it's me" she called out, a tall figure hiding in the corner

"It's you again... Lucy?"

"That's right. How are you today"

"Same as usual" he mumbled

"Have you eaten today" he shook his head "Well, I brought you something"

She opened the small bag she had brought with her. She pulled out a small blanket reaching her hands through the bars to lay it out for him. She placed rice, miso soup, ramen, fried dumplings and curry. She wasn't sure he would want or what they really been giving him here. They could probably leave him without food for days. The thought of that made her stomach turn to see him locked up for crimes he didn't comment. Sure he was there but his mind wasn't he was under control. He had to be under control the Jellal she knew would never do something like that or hurt anyone in matter of fact.

"Why are you being so nice? I can't really remember much about you yet you still come. I wouldn't be mad or if you hated me for everything I have done to you and your friends"

"I don't hate you. I could never hate you I mean sure I was a bit sad hearing what you've done but I want to believe that wasn't you. You aren't the type of person to do that and you may not remember me but I do. Maybe overtime you will it's a longshot but time is all we have so I will wait. I will come back as many times as it's takes till you get your memories. I'm not giving up on you... you never did. You never gave up on me"

He was silent this girl was willing to come back just to see him. Wait as long as it took for his memories to come back. Even though he caused her so much pain maybe not physical, it pains him to see her likes this. She should be out there with her family instead of her with a person who has nothing to offer. Yet, for so reason he didn't want her to leave he enjoy his time with her. Each time she would leave because it was late he would get the feeling of fear. That feeling each time, wondering if she will come back or if she is gone forever and never to be seen again. He loved hearing her voice as she told him stories about her missions, the past, anything he could listen till the end of time. Like every other day he would eat in silence as she told stories that is till a guard would come by and tell them time is up. She would even sigh in sadness not wanting to leave but rules are rules.

"I'll see tomorrow, Jellal"

"Thank you, Lucy... for being here with- me" he whispered

As soon as she finished packing away the dishes, she said her last goodbyes. The guard came back to escort her back out and above ground. As they made it back above ground she was met with a few dark clouds. No matter how hard she tried she couldn't stop the tears from falling down. No matter how it pained her to see him locked up it pained her more that he may never remember what they use to be and the all the times they spent together. When she arrived at the guild she sat down with Wendy and they began talking about the day the disappear on July 7, x777.

"Carla..." Happy called out jumping onto the table "This is the fish I caught! I was thinking I could give it to you, Carla..."

"I don't want it. I hate fish"

"I see... Then, what do you like? Next time, I'll..."

"Be quiet!" she cut him off "Stop hanging around me"

"Hey, Carla..." Wendy called out

"You didn't have to go that far..." Lucy turned to Happy "Ne, Happy?"

"Carla! Don't you think that was mean?" Wendy ran after her

'Happy, yeah, right... what is happy about this? He doesn't know a damn thing!' Carla thought leaving the guild with Happy running after her "Wait, Carla!"

"Don't you think Carla is oddly cold to Happy?"

"I wonder why...?" Wendy asked lowering her head

A while later it began to get dark and rain was pour down

"Carla!" Wendy called out in the rain "Carla! Where are you?" she soon saw a tiny white figure "Carla, I finally found out"

"Wendy... You'll catch a cold without an umbrella like that"

"So will you, Carla. Carla, it hasn't be that long since we've joined the guild, so I think you have to try and get along with everyone more"

"There's no need. As long as you're here, that's enough for me"

"Why do you always have to be this way?"

"Who's that?" she asked as a figure approached

"Wendy..." he spoke

"That voice" Carla looked shocked

"I never would have thought you would come to this guld" he took his hood and mask off

"Jellal!" her eyes widened

"W-What's the meaning of this. I thought you were captured!"

"That was a different person than me"

"But... I mean you're clearly Jellal?"

"I'm Mystogan, a member of Fairy Tail. Seven years ago..." he began explaining how he knew so little of this world and gave her the name Jellal not knowing about the Jellal from this world. Soon he began to grow wobbly falling to the ground and explained why she had to leave town- Anime. It was too strong for him to close on his own and now it's too late. As he tried getting her away the only thing on her mind was her guild and friends. Ignoring his words she ran in the opposite direction to help save her friends. Just as she arrived the whole guild disappeared like the rest of the town.

~a few seconds later~

Horologium appeared from the ground letting Lucy out, "What happened? Is this.... Magnolia?"

"It was quite sudden and I did not have time to explain. I am the one that saved you, Lucy-sama"

"Saved me? What do you mean?"

"I sensed a fluctuation in space-time. I appeared without you summoning me and took you inside me"

"What about everybody else? Where's Natsu, Gray, Erza, Wendy and the others?"

"I apologize I do not understand what has happened myself" he explained

"Lucy, you are safe?"

"M-Mystogan. What is going on?" he explained what has being going on with the whole town disappearing

"Edolas? Another world?! What the heck are you talking about!?!"

"This is no time for a thorough explanation. If we do not hurry, the entrance to Edolas will seal off"

"Wait a sec! You want me to go to this Edolas place?"

"Yes, I want you to save our friends. I will search for anyone else who may have survived. Eat this" he said pulling a tiny flask

"Huh? What's that?" he popped one inside her mouth when she was distracted

"I don't have time to explain. Hurry" he held his staff out

"Wait a second! Give me more details

"I'm counting on you, Lucy..." he said as she shot up into the sky
