"Elijah!Who's that little friend of yours?" His mom asks.
"She's Chloe. We met today."
"Oh, well sorry to disrupt your little meeting!"
I start to blush. I can't help it. I blush a lot and that's mostly because I'm shy.
"Sooo. I know we just met today, but want to go to dinner sometime?"
"Yes!" I shout.
This is the best day ever! We only met today and now we're going on a date! We walk downstairs for dinner. Elijah's mom cooked pasta. Nothing special, but we will have something special on our date! Pffffft! It's not a date, we're just formally going out! "Totally not a date..." I mumble.
"What's that?"
"Nothin' "
He hits me with a pillow. I laugh and hit him back. It ends up in a pillow fight. I hide in his closet. Woah! So many handsome stuff here! I wonder what he'll wear! Suddenly, Elijah opens the door and hits me with a pillow. I run out of the room, laughing.
"You win" I say.
He smiles. I see my family walking into our house! They're home. I don't know if I should be happy or sad.
"Awww my family's home!" I cry.
"Aw! Well bye." Elijah says.
"Bye"
I run into the house and say hi. "Where have you been?!" I ask.
"Where have you been?!"
"I was hanging with a friend." I answer, "Now you tell me where you've been!"
"We were at the beach."
I run upstairs to check my phone. Ooooh, Elijah texted me!
Elijah: Hey! When do you want to plan that date?
So it was a date... 😊
Me: Tomorrow? 6:00pm?
Elijah: Sounds great! See you tomorrow
Me: Bye
Elijah: Bye 😜
