the broken world

part one (the fall and the twisted place)

the world around seemed to be nothing but pitch black the floor felt and seemed to be like liquid yet it was solid there awoke a man the man looked around his surroundings unable to recall how he got to this place the air was dim and smelled foul with rotting corpses yet there was none around. The man continued to look around finally finding a strange glow emitting from ahead as the man walked towards the glow he began to hear what sounded like crying coming from the distance the closer to the glow the man got the louder the crying became until the man reached the glowing it was another person locked in a cage but this person was glowing so was the cage as the man approached the cage he fell through the floor and found himself in the liquid. The liquid was dark and warm and felt soothing on his skin as the man tried to swim back up to the glow he couldn't there was something solid blocking him the man started banging on the solid ice-like wall blocking him as the man began to run out of breath suddenly something grabbed the man's leg and started to drag him down he fought and struggled to free himself he even tried screaming nothing worked the man soon passed out.

The man soon awoke still no memory of who he was asides a sort of nick name given to him socio. Socio looked around finding himself at a purple beach where the water was oil like and the clouds and sky where dark and greyish the place seemed like a wasteland uninhabitable by anything yet there was inhabitants they flew in the sky and were hard to make out what they really were yet the flying creatures seemed bird like socio decided to leave them alone the strangest thing about his new surroundings was the physics of it all islands were in the sky and sideways even upside down yet the oil like liquid on the islands stayed still almost like it was natural for them to be like that. The first thing socio decided to do was look for people.

P
