~Our Last Goodbye~

     "Charlie." Silena went beside him. "Where are you going?"

     Charles Beckendorf stopped fixing his things. "To Percy." He turned to Silena Beauregard. "We're going to do something."

     Silena sat down at his bed and held his hands. "What something?"

     "We're going to destroy the ship." Charles retorted. "With bombs and Greek fire."

     She gulped. "What ship?"

     "The Princess Andromeda. Kronos' ship." Charles replied, smiling at Silena. "We are going to save the world, Silena. This is war."

     Her eyes widened. "Are you sure?" she caressed Charles' arm. "But are you sure that you'll be okay? I'm worried."

     Charles smiled. "Of course I'll be fine. Percy is with me. He's the strongest and bravest demigod that I've known."

     He lifted his backpack filled with bombs and glasses pf Greek Fire. Hanging on the bag were rppes, clips, carabiners and some small tools. "Gotta go, Silena"

     Silena held his cheeks and kissed him on the lips. "Good luck, Charlie."

     "I love you, Silena."

     "Take care and I love you too."

     "Goodbye, Silena. See you tomorrow!"

     "See you tomorrow, Charlie!"

     The both of them walked out of the Hephaestus Cabin, holding hands.

     Those words...

     I love you.

     As Charles Beckendorf flew with Blackjack, Silena went to her pegasus, Beauty. She rode her and went to a building near Empire State Building, where Kelli the empousa waited.

     "Silena, darling!" she squeaked. "Any news?"

     She shook her head. "Nothing good and useful for Lord Kronos."

     "That's stupid! You are useless sometimes, Silena." Kelli exclaimed. "By the way, the ship is sailing tonight. Do you want to go there?"

     "No. I have to go back to camp. Before anybody notices that I'm gone."

     Then, Silena and Beauty flew through the night, not knowing what would happen in the Princess Andromeda.
