In the beginning there were two princes. Twins actually. Neco, the necromancer, and Grimm, the Reapor. Though they were only 3 minutes apart Neco considered himself the older brother. Neco was a skinny but muscular young boy with brown skin, jet black hair, and fiery orange eyes, the infamous trademark of Necros. Grimm was built like an ox with bulging muscles, pale skin, grey hair, and eyes the color of steel.
They were two peas in a pod, no one could separate them. Though they were brothers and best friends, they were constantly in competition with each other. Girls, skills, Warcraft, anything they could compete in, but what they competed for the most was their father's affection. Their father was Grendor the Great, the father of both Necromancers and Reapors.
He ruled his kingdom with great dignity and honor, but he knew that he would not always be there to rule it himself.
Although he was immortal, everything comes with a price. To stay awake one must consume human blood or something of equivalence.
Grendor was an honorable man so he would not consume human blood. Instead he chose to be put in an eternal slumber, but not before choosing a successor. He would test his boys to see who was best fit to be a king. Like Grendor, Grimm was filled with honor and integrity, whereas Neco was sly and cunning. In the end Grimm was given the crown and the kingdom.
Neco wasnt very pleased with this but he still was happy for his little brother. Neco ended up leaving the kingdom in seek of adventure and tempering himself at the age of 19.
At the age of 26 Neco returned to the kingdom with his female companion. Although they were not together Neco had fallen head over heels for young Jessica. Jessica was a lean and petite young girl with olive skin, brown hair, and jade eyes.
Neco introduced Jessica to his brother Grimm and they immediately took a liking to each other.
Later that year Neco discovered that Grimm and Jessica had slept together and were now expecting a baby. This was the last straw! He had protected his brother for NINETEEN years unconditionally. He tolerated his father's decision to take it easy on Grimm in his training yet hammered him down in his. He even decided not to challenge Grimm for the throne after his father went to sleep. And this is how that ungrateful bastard repaid him. Sleeping with the girl he loved! He would tolerate this disrespect no longer.
On the same night he found out, he snuck into Grimm and Jessica's chambers and slit her throat leaving a note behind for his brother stating "if I can't have her, no one can." When Grimm awoke to this he was enraged. He searched the entire kingdom for his brother and every time they encountered each other countless lives were loss due to casualties of their battles.
Although Jessica's baby survived Grimm would never forgive Neco for killing his lover. Neco felt that Grimm was the reason Jessica was dead so he would also never forgive Grimm. And so was the beginning of a war that would one day ravage the world into a state of pure chaos.
