I can't decide on what i want her to be agh

But I've narrowed down my choices

rugaru - this human-like creature that basically goes through metamorphosis?? One day they start to get rlly hungry, and then they slowly become drawn to raw meat. Eventually they'll crave human meat, and once they eat it for the first time the rugaru transformation is complete and there's no going back ;')

wraith - another human-like thing that feeds on the insane and mentally ill. Preferably their brains

they use that wrist bone to slip out of their palm and drill into skulls ;^;

ghoul - once again, human-like things that feed on dead human bodies. But sometimes they'll switch up their diet and target the living
