Aaradhya's Pov.

His eyes were on me even though he was busy working on laptop but I knew he was just pretending to work.

As I faced him, he immediately turned towards the laptop.

"What is your problem?" I asked because of the irritation.

"Hmm!" He acted dumb.

"Riddhant!"

"Alright! You can't wear that." He pointed to the saree, I was wearing. 

"Excuse me?" I was actually stunned to hear such a thing from him. He was not amongst those chauvinist kind of men who ordered their wives to live according to their choices.

Riddhant had never ever imposed something which I didn't like.

If he wanted something then he would only request but he hadn't ordered me until today.

His features softened as he reached out for my hand to hold it.

"Don't get me wrong but I don't want any other guy to drool over you especially when you're looking just stunning and mind blowing." He said whilst holding my hand.

"Riddhant, you're exaggerating! Who would drool over a married woman especially a married pregnant woman?" I laughed holding my slight bump.

"Did you forget the last time when that idiot at Harsh's wedding was trying to flirt with you?" He asked while I giggled remembering the incident. It was so funny.

"He is Kanchan's cousin and he mistook me as a single woman so he was just trying to.... you know..." I teased him knowing that his jealousy were at peaks.

"And you were constantly there to shove him off until the guy got embarrassed as soon as he discovered the reality." I reminded him while he smirked.

"He had to know that you're just mine." He pulled me closer and pecked my lips quickly.

"Only yours." I breathe out and his smile grew bigger.

"Why don't you come with me?"
"Are you sure?" He asked me.

"Yeah."

"Then what about your friends who are going with you?" He queried.

"I'll call them to inform that I would be attending the wedding with my husband." I stated.

"Really?" He asked again.

"Yes." I stroked his chin.

"Okay! I'll get ready." He smiled and rushed towards the walk in closet.
Meanwhile I took my phone out to call my friends who would probably kill me for ditching them.

But thankfully they understood me though they just couldn't stop teasing.

It's Deepali's wedding party. She's my good friend and colleague.
All my friends from the office would be there too but only Kanchan knows about the groom. She'll be there with Harsh. This will be the first time, I'll be meeting her after her honeymoon.

Rithanya is at Nikita's house. Nikita had planned to bake cookies so she wanted Ritu to be there. Anyway, Rithanya gets giddy to play with the trio. I'm sure, she'll have a good time.

"Hey! I'm ready." Riddhant came out wearing his black outfit.

Black makes him look even hotter.

Oh was I just checking out my husband?
I shouldn't tell him. It will be like flattering his ego.

"Okay! Let's go." I stepped out while he picked up his car keys.
