The older women sits at the wooden desk, reading over my papers carefully as she nods her head in approval. "A thirty-five on the ACT I see, a 2200 on the Sat, very nice and high attendance, that's always good." She closes the folder, looking at me over in my suit. "So Mr. Green what makes you the best possible choice for Rice University?"

I clear my throat, trying to seem less awkward, "well, as you said, I received very high test scores, I always tried my hardest in school, I was the top of my class for my junior and senior year of Highschool, I graduated at the age of 16, I learn quickly, I'm very responsible, and I'm very willing to learn."

The women straightens her papers, "what would you say some of your flaws may be?"

I'm a 17 year old already hooked on drugs. "I sometimes have a hard time working with others."

"Why Rice University?" she wonders, I keep focusing on the ring she keeps twirling on her finger. It's not a wedding ring because it's on her right hand, not her left. Maybe it's a ring from a past loved one or just bought for personal reasons.

"You're a very respected school and I support your ideas and values for education and the future you wish for your students," I sigh. I really don't care for this school.

The women smiles, "are you hot Sebastian?"

"Excuse me ma'am?" I ask confused.

She stands up, letting her pencil skirt ride up, "are you warm Sebastian? If you are, you can remove your jacket."

"I'm fine, thank you," I say uncomfortably as the gap between us gets smaller and smaller. I hate it when this happens.

"How old are you Sebastian?" she asks, sitting on the edge of her desk.

"17," I nod, I really just want to leave.

"So young," she grins, jumping off her desk. "I like them young."

This escalated quickly. I laugh nervously, standing up quickly, "it was very nice meeting you and it was an honor to get and talked to you but I really need to get home. I hope to hear from you soon."

I couldn't get out of that office quick enough, this happens way too often, guess female college deans don't get enough.

"How'd it go?" asks my best friend, Lucy, as I get in her car.

"Horrible," I groan, stripping my suit jacket off along with my tie. "The interview was going great then all of sudden she goes all hormone crazy and is talking about me taking my jacket off and how she likes them young."

"Guess you just have a way with the women," she snickers, pulling out of Rice's campus.

"I just sit there, awkward as can be," I groan, taking a little white pill out of my baggie of goodies. I just need a high at this point. "I don't do anything to engage it."

"Might have something to do with the fact you're a natural born supermodel," she sighs, looking at me.

"What?" I ask confused.

"You look like a freakin super model Sebastian," she grins. "Messy red hair, green eyes, build like a rock, you look like a god for christ's sake. That's why you turn a million heads and why older women are all over you."

I scoff, sinking down in the passenger seat, "whatever, I don't want to go to that college anyways, I only went for the interview because my dad has been chewing out."

"That's dads for ya," she shrugs, turning on to the main road.

I look out the window, sighing, "I'm just going to run away on my 18th birthday like I planned on doing from the start, that way I won't have to worry about colleges and all that stupid shit. I can just be me for once without having to have the highest test scores or the greatest educational records."

"I'd be down for running away," laughs Lucy.

I smile, looking at the tiny brunette as she drives me home. "Wanna come with me then?"

She nods, "absolutely."

Lucy is my best friend and probably one of my only friends. She more of a sister to me than my own sister, I trust her with my whole life and would do almost anything for her. I would be an even bigger disaster without her around and I couldn't imagine anyone else taking her place...she's the only best friend I'll ever need. "Fantastic. Guess we'll run away next week then."
