"Why do you care?"

"Cause you are under my roof living by my rules!"

"Your rules!? Ever since Mom died you've been an asshole dad! Mom was the only one who kept us together!"

"I won't accept this Y/n!"

"Accept what?! Me speaking my mind. Like you always told me to do!"

"Go to your room!"

"Fine, but just know this!"

I rush up the stairs and turn back at the top of the stairs and look dad right in his eyes.

"I hate you."

All the anger in his eyes disappear and shock comes in them. I rush to my room, lock the door, and grab a duffle bag from my closet and stuff as many clothes I can along with other stuff I need. I refuse to stay locked away in this house!

"Y/n. Open the door."

Looking to my window, then to my door, I officially make up my mind.

"Y/n! The door! Now!"

I make a big step, which will soon change my life.
