Descent into Madness

   "LET ME OUT!! LET ME OUT NOW YOU LITTLE BASTERD!!!" a voice shouted from behind a black and white door with a weird face on it. A short boy with snow white hair and blood red eyes with a black and red suit on pushes on the door saying "your not getting out Shade!!" Shade bangs on the door violent shouting "Five minutes! I only want Five minutes out i swear!!" The boy continues pushing the door then all of a sudden the boy and the door slowly sinks into the darkness under his feet. He sighs saying "this is so not cool." He turns around and pushes up against the door banging his head saying to himself "wake up wake up Wake Up!!" The door creaks open with a giant red hand comes out as half the boys body sinked in the blackness. With one more bang of his head the boy wakes up screaming,sweating and breathing hard.
   Yea the one who was screaming was me sorry about that i know that was so uncool of me. My name is Soul Evans and yes there is something wrong with me. A couple of months ago me and my friend Maria went to the library trying to look for a good read. I found a book with a weird face on it but the librarian warned us that  there was something wrong with the book, we ignored him and took the book home. Maria got scared at the last minute so she didnt read it. I was interested so i begun reading it and discovered that this was book of spells. While I was reading i saw a weird face on a page in the middle of the book. I began to read the spell and when i was done the room went dark. A voice came out of the book saying "Thank you for freeing me" the next part is all blurry. Maria said that a shadow jumped out of the book and possessed me changing my hair from black to white and my eyes from black to red. She also said that it tried to take over my body but i managed to fight it back. I went to sleep for a whole day and woke up fine. We did some research and found out that i got invaded by a small Imp Demon named Shade and the worst part is he talks which makes it even more annoying. He talks to me through my mind always begging me to let him out. Of course i always try to ignore him but i wish there was a cure for me but there isnt. Atleast not now but Maria is looking until then i just havta keep Shade under control.
   The doorbell rings and souls gets up to get the door. Soul opens the door to see Maria tapping her foot with her arms crossed. "Why arnt you dressed for school!?! Were gonna be late!!" She said "I dont wanna gooo." Soul said leaning against the door. Maria start shaking and punches soul upside the head "You will not have me waiting out here for 5 minutes just to be late for school now get dressed dumbass!!!" Maria shouted. "Ok Ok!!" Soul said as he jumped back and ran in the house. 2 minutes later Soul comes out the house fully dress. The teens walked to school while Maria stares at Soul. "What?" Soul said "How are you feeling today." Maria asked "you know the usual nightmares, hes really getting annoying." Soul said "dont worry we'll find a cure i promise" Maria said while smiling at Soul. Soul smiles back saying "you know what you the coolest Latina i know." "Damn straight" Maria said smirking.
   The two finally made it to school, went to clsss, and took a seat. Soul puts his head down "you just got in here." Maria said "Its just a early morning nap" Soul said as he falls asleep.
   The spotlights turn on to reveal a room with a beautiful Grand piano, red curtains, and a weird checkflag floor. Smooth Jazz starts playing and Soul steps out of the shadows with a well groomed black and red suit on saying "it feels good to be back." Soul takes a seat on the piano bench and plays along with the Jazz. He bops his head and smiles as he listens to the music. A door appears with a weird face on it. A small demon with a big head and giant hands step out dancing. He had small horns, black around his eyes, yellowish pupils, a huge creepy smile, and was as red as a tomato. "What do you want Shade." Soul said as he focused on his playing. "Hehe dont be so cold man i hear the music so i came to dance, anyway let me borrow your body anyway." Shade  said as he shakes his hips. "No way you freaken Jerk im tryna play here" Soul said annoyed, Shade sways over to Soul and put his big hands on his shoulders and said "see the thing about that is Soul your gonna lose control one day and all this madness is going to fill up the room like this." Shade snaps his fingers and the room slowly starts to fill out with black goo. Soul gets up and tries to head for the door but he looks down and sees that his foot is stuck in the goo.
   In the real world Maria sees Soul moving and groaning so she asked the teacher if she can take soul to the nurse. The teacher allows it and Maria carried Soul out in the hall. She checked to see if anyone was around then layed Soul against a wall. She put her hand on his head then closes her eyes and said the words "Soul Resonance." In a flash of light Maria ends up sleeping next to Soul.
   Back in the dream Soul was an arm length away from being lost in the madness until a hand grabs him and pulls him up to where his standing on top of the black goo. Soul was starstruck to see who it was, it was Maria in a black dress smiling. "B-But how?" Soul asked "I read some of the book and i picked up something called Soul Resonance,with this i can connect our souls together. Thats how i got in here i figured you need a helped hand." Maria said as she holds out her hand. Soul takes it and as the two got closer they put one foot back then one foot forward and soon started dancing. As the two danced the room slowly went back to normal. They spun around the room until they was stopped by Shade. Shade and Maria stare at each other "Shade" Maria said "Maria" shade said "This was fun and all but i believe you was leaving" Shade said as he pointed at thr door. "Yes we are" Maria said as she grabs Soul's hand, marched to the exit and close the door behind them. "I really hate that girl" Shade said. Soul and Maria woke up, went back to class and enjoyed the rest of the school day.
