ncis Tony and Ziva uncontrolled love

chapter 5

Be warned there is swearing in this chapter!!

Tony's pov

I woke up in Ziva's bed smiling to myself as the memories of last night came back to me. I was smiling like an idiot until the curtains were opened "Jesus Ziva way to make the hangover worse" I say covering my eyes. "What the very special agent DiNozzo not like sunlight?" Ziva says walking over to me and laying down next to me. "Not when Im hungover no." " Maybe I can help with that." She says leaning down to kiss me. I moved my hand along her back and pulling here closer to me to deepen the kiss after what seemed like hours we pulled away for air. Ziva looked down at me smiling "Well I think its safe to say you're awake" She says kissing me again I kiss her back and flip her over without breaking the kiss. I run my hands up her arms and I feel her hands in my Hair.  I bite her bottom lip and I hear her moan tighten her grip on my hair pulling me closer My hands left her arms and started traveling up her tank top. Just as I was about to take it off our phones started ringing making me jump away from Ziva which caused her to laugh as we got out phones "DiNozzo" "David" We answered at the same time sharing a smile when we did. "Okay On the way." I said hanging up running my hand over my eyes not a bit happy that we had to work a case when I was hung over.

When we got to the crime scene Gibbs,Ducky, Palmer and McGee where already there.  The victim was sitting on the park bench with a gash across his throat. "Yea it looks like a clean cut something very sharp caused it." Ducky Said looking at the wound. "Yea so all we have to do it find out what caused it." Gibbs said kneeling beside Ducky. "So it doesn't look like a robbery as he still has is wallet". I said looking at his ID "someone must has slit his throat for something else". "Yea only his throat wasn't slit." Ziva said walking behind the victim. "May I?" she asks Ducky waiting for his nod after she got that she put her hands on either side of his head and lifted it right off. "He was beheaded."

After Ziva lifted the victim's head off we just looked at her shocked and trying to piece together what happened to this guy that was until "I think Im going to hurl!" McGee said running off to throw up his lunch. Ziva put the head back down and went to change her gloves as the old ones were covered in the victim's blood. When she came back I looked at her and said "How did you know he was beheaded? Not even Ducky could see that." "Tony two words... trained killer.".  When McGee came back looking a little less green may I add he was holding something in a evidence bag "while I was throwing up whatever food I has left in my system I came across this." He said holding up a sword it looked like someone had just grabbed it off the wall and cut the victim's head. "Great hopefully the killer left their finger prints on it" Gibbs said grabbing the bag from McGee. "Finish with the scene and head back to the navy yard I will meet you all there."

Ziva' pov

When we got back to the navy yard I went down to Abby's lab with the sword praying that there would be something on it that would help us with this case. "ABBY!" I yell over the music, after a couple of seconds she came round from her computer with the biggest grin on her face. I couldn't help but say "Looks like someone got lucky last night." looking at her with a smile of my own "You can say that who knew Tim could be so good in.." "DON'T want to hear it" I said putting my hand up to stop her "Is that for me?" she asks point to the sword in my hand "Oh yea need you to check if there is anything evidence on it" "No problem I will call if I get anything" She says giving me one more smile and turning her back to me to start working "Thanks Abbs" I say walking out the door.

When I was walking back to my desk I froze as I heard Tony yelling "BY FUCK ARE YOU HER BOYFRIEND!!" "DiNozzo calm down." said Gibbs. I walked into the bullpen to see Tony out of his seat with Gibbs near him telling him to sit down McGee was the smart one staying at his desk, but in front of Tony was a man that I knew I saw before but I couldn't put my finger on how I know him. "ZIVA tell this assshole to calm down!" he said "I don't think I should who the fuck are you?" I ask looking at him. "Its me Nate we went out a couple of weeks ago." He said looking at me like I had two heads "Oh Nate. What are you doing here?" "I just wanted to see you I was thinking that we could go for a drink" "Can you by fuck go for a drink with her." Tony says getting closer to Nate "Hey I wasn't asking you." "I don't give a rats ass who you were talking to. You don't get to ask my girlfriend out because you haven't got laid in weeks." At this point Gibbs and McGee were trying to hold back laughter "Yea right Ziva's your girlfriend I will believe that when I see it" I saw Tony's hand move towards his gun but instead he came around his desk and put his hands on my hips and pulling me closer and kissing me, I closed my eyes and moved my hands up to his hair pulling him closer not caring that Gibbs, McGee and that asshole Nate jaws were hitting the floor.  When we fanilly pulled away for air Nate just looked at us shocked he closed his mouth looked at me again and walked away. "Yea keep walking dickhead she's mine." Tony said smiling at me.  After Nate was gone Gibbs and McGee let go of the laughter that they were holding on to "Oh lord that was so funny." Gibbs said laughing harder when he saw my face. "What's so funny?" Abby asks walking into the bullpen McGee still laughing gets his phone which is sitting on the table my eyes widen when I realise why he didn't leave his desk. "McGee you're a dead man."

"what? that was hilarious, who knew you could be so protective Tony?" "shut up man, wouldn't you if you had a girl like mine?" "Who says I don't?" "McGee my man so who is she?" Tony asks looking at him but my eyes where on Abby who was turning a bright shade of pink under her make up. "Abby something you would like to share?" I ask her trying not to laugh. "Yes me and McGee are sleeping together now can we please move onto the case please." "Yes please." Gibbs said looking shocked "Good I found a print on the sword its a match to Josh Carter."Right DiNozzo Ziva go pick him up and see what he has to say." Gibbs told us walking out of the bellpen.
