Now I'm of consenting age

To be forgetting you in a cabaret

Somewhere downtown where a burlesque queen

May even ask ask my name

Abaven sat back on the VIP couch of the newest bar in town. School is still a week away so he decided to relax (or drown his sorrows since Fallon still hadn't noticed his ardor for her). It was frustrating him that he's currently at loss on what to do about it, since he believed he'd done all he can. Sighing, he set down his sniffer, ignoring the hubhub of outlandish and barely-covered women around him. They had sat beside and around him without asking permission and he had accommodated them, though he was mostly on automatic pilot.

As she sheds her skin on stage

I'm seated and sweating to the dance song on the club's PA

And the strip joint veteran sits two away

Smirking between dignified sips of his dignified peach and lime daiquiri

He barely heard the blaring music, barely saw the strip, cage, and pole dancers on the stage. He was feeling that melancholic when the crowd parted briefly and he saw a familiar head of black hair with blue highlights pass through. Frowning, he excused himself from his gaggle of girls, which took him a good 15 minutes. Going into stealth-mode, he blended into his surroundings and investigated every single room of the building. So far, none was suspicious aside from the usual selling-of-flesh sort (he averted his gaze from those scenes so as not to be a voyeur), and still no sight of Kouri. He was pretty sure now that it was her. After all, who in HADES is that short --he noticed that since she wasn't wearing heels earlier-- and that voluptuous?

The door he faced now was the last one on the hallway of the top floor of the building. Muted music could be heard through the doorway as he placed his hand on the knob.

If I said my heart was beating loud

If we could escape the crowd somehow

If I said I want your body now

Would you hold it against me

He opened the door stealthily and stopped dead on his tracks. The scene was too mind-boggling to contemplate. What was the 16-year-old innocent girl doing here naked and trying to seduce a middle-aged man? Isn't this the very girl who had been immune to my seduction and who Xenon swore was too child-like to even know what seduction means? he wondered as he tried to make sense of things. She was on top of the man, doing things that would've made a new revised edition of the Kama Sutra.

 Cause you feel like paradise

I need a vacation tonight

So if I said I want your body now

Would you hold it against me

The girl glanced at him briefly and raised an eyebrow. In that brief glance, he saw her eyes, bright yellow, rimmed with red were her irises. He heard her sigh. Not one from pleasure but it's as if she was bored with all this and merely found his presence an annoyance.

He watched as she traced her fingers down the chest of the man, drawing out a moan from him. She had really long fingernails. Just as Abaven decided to exit the scene (to spare himself the embarrassment), he saw a spurt of something bright red which he realized was blood. The girl had opened the man's chest with her own fingernails. Before the blood could splatter, however, it froze in mid-air like a grotesque still life painting. She delved her fingers deeper into his chest and, her other hand coming up to help, opened the chest cavity. The rib cage wasn't a problem. She just froze them and chipped them away, one by one, each with a sickening crunch as they broke off, throwing them over her shoulder. She seemed to be enjoying it, seemed to be enjoying the frozen terror in the face of her victim whose body was now immobile due to the freezing of his extremities. The man's heart was next as she simply wrenched it out of his chest and, to Abaven's utter horror, stuck it inside the man's mouth until he was choking from it.

Satisfied with her work of art, she dismounted from the man, calmly slipped into her robe and slowly moved towards the door. It was then that Abaven noticed the white wolf following her.

Stopping before him, the wolf growled. The girl patted the wolf's head. "Wolfram, be nice," she said in a melodic voice similar to Kouri's but was too potent with seductive promises to be that of a normal human. She turned to Abaven and smiled. "I trust we will keep this little... show to ourselves," she suggested, her voice now laced with promised retribution if otherwise. "Oh, and please don't tell Kouri. She'd be... devastated to know she doesn't remember a thing."

She then laughed and said something to her wolf which made the said animal trot away and disappear into the shadows of the hallway.

Turning back to Abaven, she announced, "You can take me back to my dorm now." And promptly fainted.
