CHAPTER EIGHT

When I got to school, I had no one to talk to. I felt left out and also thought that people were laughing at me. I hate this feeling. The bell rang so I went to my first period class and it was p.e. We stood outside in our roll call numbers when the pe teachers were taking attendance. I looked around the schools field and it was huge. I was amazed by how huge it was. "Jael?!" "Oh...HERE!..sry Mrs.Post." I said. "You need to focus girl." Mrs. Post confirmed. She smiled and I smiled back. She seemed like a great teacher. When the roll call was done we got into the looker rooms so we can change to our pe clothes. After I was done changing, I went to the girls bathroom so I could put my hair to a ponytail. I wasn't supprized when I saw like four or five girl putting on makeup. They are just going to ruin their faces when they get older. I got outside and the class got together to do some stretches. "Ready, Begin, 1,2,3,4,5.." As we were stretching I was thinking about Jeff. Ugh, get it together Jael. Focus! "Left side, Ready? Begin,1,2,34......" I started to count along with the others. When we were done stretching, we were all waiting for the teacher to tell us the directions. "Ok, you guys are going to do one whole lap in less than 3mins." The teacher explained. I was thinking it was not bad. "Ready.Set.Go!" We started to run but I wasn't a fast runner. I get tired easily when I run. When I was done, I finished in 2mins and 30 seconds. Not bad....only like, 30 seconds left. "Ok everyone,! Go inside the gym, we're going to have a nice friendly volleyball." The teacher confirmed. After, when we were done, the bell rang, we got inside our locker rooms,changed our clothes, and got ready to go to 2 period. After 2nd period comes 3rd,4th,5th and finally 6th. In 6th period was my math class. "Omg, hey Jael!" A familiar voice came to me. I looked over to see who it was. It was one of my old friends from middle school. "Oh, Hi Jennifer!" I whispered loudly. We sat together and got ready for the class to begin. "Long time no see huh?" She asked. "Yea I know right?" I replied. We paid attention later on in class. "Hello class, I'm Mr.Nuyen and I'll be your teacher for now on. Now, everyone take your seats please." After a while has gone by, the bell ran and my friend Jennifer asked me If I wanted a ride home. "No thanks Jennifer, maybe next time." I said. "C'mon, it's the first day of school! You can't do this to me." She smiled and hoped I would agree. "Well....ok fine." I finally said. I hopped in, into her car and drove away from school. "So, are there any boys that caught your eye?" She teased with a smile on her face. "Seriously? Haha no. Not really." I said with a giggle. "You?" I asked. "Well there's this one guy called.... wait. Are you going to tell anyone?" She was unsure. "What? Are you crazy Jen? No! Of course not!" I claimed. "Well ok, his name is Brandon." She said with a giggle. "Omg, that asian, tall dude?" I asked. "Yea." she said. "EEWw!" I yelled at her. "HEY! It's my opinion gurrl!!" She laughed. "EW. Seriously? I can't believe you. I saw that guy pulled an enormous wegy on his butt in front of EVERYONE and he didn't even care! And you still like him?" I asked with an ew face on me. "Well... yes, I still do!"she said. We continued our conversation until we arrived to my house. We said our goodbyes and I got inside my house. I slammed the door behind me, threw the keys onto the sofa and threw myself onto my bed and put on my headphones. I listened to the music and closed my eyes. When I got bored I decided to put the music on speaker and continued to draw my picture on Jeff the Killer because I didn't have any homework.

I recognized this song. This was one of my favorite songs I had last year. This song is called 'Lights' by Ellie Goulding. I started to feel a weird feeling on me, but this time I felt unsure about myself. I walked downstairs to get ready to skate for a while.I decided to put on some black jeans with a white shirt and a hot pink jacket. I put on some shoes and let down my hair and combed it and put on a beanie.I went downstairs and got my board. I walked out the door and locked it. I started to begin skating slowly on the street. There was barely any cars out here. It was a pretty quite naiborhood. I skated until I came into Barnes and Nobel Library. Well, I thought for a sec I can use some books to read. After I checked out some books I skated my way home. While I was skating I accidentally crashed into a person. "Hey, look were your going bitch." I looked to see who it was and it was a girl that is wearing a white mini skirt with a pink tank top and was wearing white high heels holding shopping bags from Victorias Secret. "Sorry, I..." I said and she interrupted my sentence. "You better watch out bitch. Your lucky I can't punch you. I've done my nails and I don't want them messed up by punching a lame, idiot." she yelled and I got my books and skated away not looking back. "She seriously needs help" I thought to my head. When I got home, I checked to see if the books weren't damaged and they were fine. I read a book for two hours and feel asleep in my bed. I woke up for like around 12:00 and noticed I've slept with my day clothes on so I switched to my pajamas. I brushed my teeth and washed my face and got ready to lay in bed.
