Chapter 1- Going Home Again

"Hey, Em?" Alison yelled across our Philly town house.

"Yeah babe?" I shouted back

"Have you seen my silver blue Uggs?" Ali came out of our bedroom holding up two outfits, "Which one do think your mom will like better; the jeans with a blue long sleeve shirt with an arctic white vest or the dark wash skinny jeans with a red chiffon tank top?" Ali asked in a worried tone

"Since when do you care what my mother thinks?" I asked trying to hold back a laugh.

"Since I started dating her daughter" Ali sighed. 

"Babe don't worry about it, She has always loved you." I said while putting our coffee on the table.

"Emily that is bull and you know it. Plus she still hates me for playing with your emotions, I still hate me for playing with your emotions." Ali looked down at her shoes.

"Ali I forgave you, so will she. Besides, your and Ali and you're fabulous!" I struck a pose at the end. We both burst out laughing at the mention of Ali's old catch phrase.

"Fine, but don't say that around your mom. She always thought that I was egotistical." Ali said to me as we sat down to eat our breakfast. I looked at the clock it was already 8:30 am, "Crap!"

"Babe what is it?" Ali asked while drinking her coffee.

"I scheduled a 9 am practice and totally spaced." I have a personal trainer in Philly; in hopes that I"ll be ready in time for the next swim season.

"It's ok Em, just go ahead and leave. I can clean up and pack our bags." Alison said while she cleared off our table

"Are you sure? Because I could-"

"Go, Em"

I bent down to kiss Ali on the forehead,
"Thanks babe, our train leaves at 12:30."

"Ok got it. Have a good day!" Ali yelled as I rushed out the door. I sprinted to catch a cab. Luckily, one was driving by just then.

Once I got in my phone started to ring, "Hello?' I said in a rushed tone.

"Hi honey, I can't wait to see you and Paige for dinner!" My mom said cheerfully.

"Mom... I broke up with Paige." I said with caution.

"Oh.. When?"

"Right when Ali came back. She said its either me or Ali... and I chose Ali." I responded.

"So who are you bringing?"

"Some one new, mom I love you but I have to go!" I said as I jumped out of the car.

Ali's Pov

While waiting on Em I was rushing around. First, I cleared off the table and did the dishes. Then, I packed Emily and I a suitcase. By the time I got done, it was 10:30, so I laid down to take a nap in the up stairs studio.

"Ali! Ali!! Ali!!!!" I woke up to Emily screaming my name. I looked around and discovered I had fallen asleep in a spare room hidden in the studio.

"Em! I'm in the studio" I yelled. I heard Emily run up the stairs. When she opened the studio door I saw tears streaming down her face.

"Baby what's wrong?" I asked.

"I th-th-thought you were go-go-gone a-a-again!" Emily said while blubbering. I pulled Emily into my arms.

"Em, that will never happen again. Now, look, it's only 11. Let's go lay down." I said while trying to comfort Emily.

"Ok." Emily said, so we went to lay down. We got up at 12:10 and we got our bag. Then, we headed down to the train station and at exactly 12:30 pm we boarded the train and headed straight to Rosewood.
