On April 19, this became Subtropical depression OneL. Just maybe say 18 to 20 hours later, One became Tropical Depression OneL, and then another six hours later, OneL wasn't OneL any more, it was a Tropical Storm, becoming Arlene. That night, Arlene reached winds of 50mph, and turned post tropical after that.
