The next morning, Razorclaw was thinking about the two 'Cons and wondering how the femme was doing, so he went to check on them.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Soundwave asked when he saw Razorclaw was leaving.

"No, don't need them to think we're trying to catch them right now."

"Alright, be careful," Soundwave gently pulled his mate into a hug.

"I will be," Razorclaw said as he hugged him back. The two slowly broke away as Razorclaw headed off.

Amberblade started waking up at the feeling of the sun beaming on her face, she looked and saw Ripjaw asleep, still holding her. With a smile, she nuzzled him lovingly.

He woke up and looked at her, "Morning. How are you feeling?"

"I'm feeling much better. I think I just needed some Energon."

"I wish we had a doctor."

"I'm fine, Ripjaw, it's nothing to worry about."

"Are you sure?"

"I'm sure," she replied as she caressed his cheek.

"Let me know if you get the pains again."

"I will," she promised, "I left you half a cube if you want some."

"I'm okay, I'll have some later. I just want to lay with you for a while. What do you think is causing the pain?"

"I don't know."

"Well, whatever it is I'll help you through it."

"I know you will," she purred as she kissed him.

He purred as he kissed her back. I love you so much.

I love you too.

They broke from the kiss when they heard something outside the cave, they looked to see what was there. Razorclaw drove up to the mouth of the cave and transformed, "Uh, I wanted to see how you guys were doing."

"I thought I told you to leave," Ripjaw growled.

"You did but I wanted to tell you something."

"Why should we listen to you? For all I know, this could be a distraction so you Autobots can capture us."

"No, I'm alone, the others don't even know I'm here. Well, except for my mate but he won't say anything. I know what it's like to be on the run, I used to be a 'Con myself, and my mate was as well. I have some information that could explain her situation." Razorclaw pointed at Amberblade.

"Ripjaw, let's hear him out. I ran into him yesterday and he let me go," Amberblade told her mate gently.

Ripjaw looked at his mate, "You did? Why didn't you tell me?"

"I was going to tell you but after last night I didn't want to make you worry even more. We just got here and I'm tired of running." She looked at the ground not wanting to see his anger. She really messed up this time.

"It's okay, babe. I just want you to be safe, I don't know what I would do if anything happened to you."

Razorclaw watched the two in silence not wanting to disturb their moment. He could feel how much they love each other, "I don't mean to interrupt but I may have an idea of what may be causing the chest pains."

"Alright, Autobot, let's hear it."

"She may be sparked."

Both their optics grew wide in surprise, "Are you certain?" Amberblade asked.
