At Foggy Bottom, Humdinger and his kittens were discovering another plan to take over Adventure Bay.

COME ON KITTENS! Think of something, your supposed to be my evil kittens who do evil things! But one of the kittens just meowed and pointed at a cage that I always had and never used. AHAH! We'll wait for Mayor Goodway to come to the park, the cage we'll be hanging over her, she'll set it off, and she'll be trapped. And we will force her to hand over the key to the city of Adventure Bay! I am such a genius! Then the cat who pointed out the cage just meowed angrily. This plan is going to work out perfectly! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!
