"Yeah Layla. Lucy is a smart and strong girl she can handle herself wherever she may end up." Said a tall blonde haired man to his wife as he walked over to them at the door.
"See mom, dad believes in me."
"I never said I don't believe in you. I just don't want you to get hurt out there. The worlds a really big and scary place. What if something happened to you!" Layla said as she tried to convince her daughter not to leave.
"Layla she will be fine and if she doesn't like it she knows she's always welcomed back home." Jude said as he hugged Layla trying to comfort her.
"Ok fine she can go but, I am not happy about it."
"Thanks dad. Well I should be hitting the road." Lucy said as she put her bag on her back and started walking out the door. Only to be stopped by Layla.
"Lucy wait! Here me and your father want you to have this."

"It belonged to you great grandmother Anna. Who knows maybe it will help you on your journey or make you want to come back home. Whichever comes first."
Lucy looked at the locket for a while before looking back at Jude and Layla.
"Thanks mom and dad. I promise I will write you and come back someday." Lucy said as she hugged both of her parents and started to walk away.
Once Layla and Jude couldn't see Lucy anymore Layla hugged Jude crying.
"Are you sure she's gonna be ok."
"You heard what Anna said Layla."
"I know Jude but if the prophecy is true then, she could be in big trouble."
"But we have to believe in her it's the only way they can stop him."
~Hours later on a train going through the forest~
"Uhhhh! C-c-can we get o-off of this death machine!" Said a pink haired fire mage as he hung over the side of the train cart barfing.
"No we aren't Natsu now quit making so much noise or else they are going to kick us off!" A blue exceed told Natsu. "You heard them they won't give us anymore warnings."
