Descendants of the Rain

Chapter 2

Just as they where about to drive off 4 girls from the mission came jogging over to Shi Jin's car. They opened the passangers side door and pulled out Aliyah who screamed. All the boys where on guard and thought the worse. Shi Jin was out of the drives side at her side in mere seconds.

"ALLI!!!!" The girl who was called rose said and Aliyah rolled her eyes.

"Myla why are you?" Aliyah asked and was put back on the ground. The girl who was called rose had a name and it was Myla.

"Don't be to hard on Myla." A girl who was called Viper said and ALiyah sighed.

"Pft really Erin?" Aliyah said and Erin stuck her tongue out at her.

"Ali you know how childish those two can be." A girl called Birdie said and ALiyah rolled her eyes.

"Katherine behave. Sorry we are late something came up." The girl who was called Lunar said and stepped closer to Aliyah. "How have you been Ali?" The girl asked and Aliyah smiled.

"Good Bree what brings you guys here?" Aliyah asked the four girls looked at each other.

"LEts go out and have fun. We havent seen you in awhile!" Bree said and Aliyah rolled her eyes.

"Sure but these losers will come too. Sorry but i cant keep up with you." Aliyah said and everyone laughed.

The girls where now sitting at the bar and the Alpha team was with them. Aliyah was sitting beside Shi Jin and watching her friends. Bree was talking about school and she sighed. She had pulled them aside and told them they where not to know she was Deadly Cross. She wanted to bury her past along with her ex-husband. She quickly banished him from her mind and she stretched.

"Ohhhh Ali do you remember Prom?" Bree asked and Aliyah laughed shaking her head.

"PFT! I do. You remember the after party? The drinking of my god. I am surprised we didn't have a killer hang over." Aliyah said and the girls where now talking in English. Shi Jin just looked at them a little confused.

"We had fun in school. Your brothers always protected you." Myla said and the moment she said it she regretted it. She saw Aliyah's face fall and she glared at Myla. One subject ALiyah will never talk about was her brothers. She had 3 and lost 2 to a mission while David vanished one day.

Shi Jin could notice the tension that appeared when Myla said something about Aliyah's brother and the hatred on her face had him curious about what happened. He didn't ask and Erin jumped up. He watched as she grabbed her phone and wondered where she was going. She cleared out some tables and he was really curious now. She motioned for the girls to come and they did. The only one who didn't was Erin and she smirked. He watched as Aliyah walked over them and then music began playing. ALiyah had taken off her heels and they began to dance.

Everyone around them was watching and whistling was heard. Aliyah kept surprising him and she could dance. He was a little jealous that everyone else was seeing her hot side but he knew they weren't dating so there wasn't anything he could do and when they finished everyone was clapping. Myla smirked and jogged over to Shi Jin. She leaned down closer to his face.

"If you want Aliyah you better work hard. She isn't someone that you can easily have Captain or should I call you Big Boss. Oh yeah and one wrong move I will kill you." Myla said and he stood up. So did the Alpha team and Erin sighed. She jumped over the table and landing by Myla. They instantly shielded Aliyah honoring her wish of her being "weak".
