Chapter 2

"Bitch. Thats what you are. You know I love him. You know he's my soulmate and you didn't plan on telling me you met him?!?"

I rolled my eyes as I continued up the stairs. Damien was so dramtic. I explained that I was on my way to tell him about Trey Songz but I was late. He didn't care.

"You bitch. You could've called me. You know I love him. He showed up here while I was dressed like a common street beggar. I could've turned him gay. I could've. If the first time he laid eyes on me I was fabulous. You killed my chances....."

"Damien you're giving me a headache.   He's an ass anyway. Ron called. I got an audition for the Victoria Secret Fashion show."

"BITCH OMFG YASSSSS. SHOOK. SNATCHED. YOU ARE GONNA DOMINATE.!!!!" He screeched.
He looked at my face.
"Why the fuck aren't you happy?"

"I'm nervous as hell. I can't do this."

He looked at me and slapped me.

"WHAT THE HELL! Damien im about 3 seconds from beating your ass."

"I was trying to knock some sense into you. You  is beautiful, smart, kind and loyal."
I laughed at his Dj. Khaled joke. We sat on my bed.

"But foreal you got this. No one knows how to own a runway like you. Haven't you seen them compare you to Naomi?. Bitch you poppin."

I nodded my head. He always gave me the confidence I needed. I leaned in and put my head on his shoulder.

"I love your ugly ass. Now what are we making for dinner.?"

He pushed my head away and got up slowly.
"You mean what are you doing for dinner because I have plans with my manz. And I'm spending the night.  He'll drive me to my appointments tomorrow."

Damien was a celeb make up artist and he was getting more popular each day. I loved seeing him beat each face.

"Ooh who you got?"

"Girl I got Keri Hilson for some fashion event, Lala Anthony for the same event, and Kelly Rowland for a book signing. Imma make her look as good as B!"

And I knew he would too. He was marvelous with a brush.

"But what you need to be worrying about is your love life. You need a man Ken."

"When did the convo turn to my love life?"

"Seriously. You haven't had some dick since Sean."

I felt my heart burn at the sound of his name. I heard the doorbell ring.
"I'll get it!!" I was happy for the distraction I ran downstairs and opened the door for Marcus.
