"Edd, I'm sorry Ringo has to be put to sleep. But I think it's better than letting him suffer." Tom whispered, feeling sympathetic.
"Shut up Tom." Edd picked up his cat and pet it softly. Tom rolled his "eyes".
"I didn't know we'd have to let go of him so quickly." The cat lover had a few tears dripping down his face. He loved this cat as much as his friends. Maybe even more.
"I think we should treat Ringo extra well for his last day!" Matt tried to be positive.
Ringo let out a yelp. He was in pain.
"No no no!!!! Please, Ringo my baby it'll be okay daddy is here!" Edd wrapped his arms around his feline friend.
"Matt, get tuna it's in the cupboards!! Ringo loves it"
With that, Matt brings and serves tuna to the grey cat in Edd's arms.
"Thanks Matt. He likes it!" Edd began rubbing Ringo's ears softly. He began to kiss the cat.
"Erm," Tom pat the cat's head. "There, there?"
He took a sip from his flask and pretended to be distracted on his phone.
The dark-brown haired boy moved his cat onto his bed that has been prepared with blankets earlier. "I love you R-Ringo..." Edd stuttered with tears in his eyes. He yawned then, kissed the cat several times and it purred in response. He scratched the back of his head.
He eyed the room until he found the litter-box. He placed it in front of Ringo so he can get easy access. "You're such an amazing cat Ringo,"
Edd softly rubbed circles on the cat. "Ringo, you're so sweet." Edd spoke softly. Ringo meowed as if nothing was wrong.
"Ringo is such a good boy." Edd layed on his stomach and pet his cat.
Tom turned his head to see his roommate on the floor.
"Get off of the floor Edd. You're a mop."
"Tom, stop being so rude." Edd scoffed. The green hoodied boy didn't get much sleep and was stressed. The fell asleep petting Ringo at an instant.

"Edd. Edd wake up!" Matt poked at Edd's face. Once Edd got his eyelids open, Matt pointed at Ringo, who was meowing a lot.
"Aah!! Ringo nooo! Stay with me buddy!" He held his cat and brought it to the kitchen. There he got medicine to relieve pain for his cat, as given to him by Ringo's vet. He put Ringo down and mixed the meds with tuna.
He placed the can near Ringo, who was still meowing. Ringo started eating the tuna & meds. He soon stopped meowing.
Edd looked out the window. It's sunset.
"Guys," He looked at the guys sitting on the couch.
"Yes?" Tom and Matt replied together. Tom had his arm around Matt. They were distracted watching something Edd didn't really care about.
"Im going to spend some time with Ringo outside."
"Okay Edd. Don't fall asleep outside."
"Yeah yeah.." He opened the back door and placed Ringo on the patio. They both looked at their surroundings.
"Hey Ringo baby..." He rubbed the cat's ears. "I love you Ringo. You're an amazing cat."
Ringo purred and rubbed into Edd's side.
"I'm going to miss you so much," He sighed and looked back at the cat. "I wish I could've done more for you, Ringo."
Ringo yawned, closed his eyes and went to sleep.
"Goodnight R-Ringo.."
Edd had tears forming in his eyes. He ran inside and embraced Tom & Matt. He cried into both of them.
"Shh... It'll be okay, Edd." The eyeless man stated.
"Yeah, Yeah.. calm down, Edd." The ginger replied.
"I-Im s-s-so-s-sorry!!" Edd whimpered.
Tom and Matt comforted Edd with strokes and pats on the back until he fell asleep.
