Elixir's point of view

The heavy weight of my eyelids cover my eyes. It's almost a struggle to lift them. Everything is a pure tone of pitch black. The sensations flowing through my body are unordinary. I feel so tranquil yet i'm desperately fighting to wake up. It's as though my body has dissociated from reality entirely. The more i think about it, the more i believe it's only a hazy dream but contradictory, im fully aware this is no dream. I know this is real, i'm thinking right now yet i can't sense any form of the living around me.

A gentle shimmer grows bolder in my vision. Is this the tunnel to the afterlife? Did i actually get what i wanted? Because if it is, i regret everything. I haven't experienced life yet, i'm not ready to go. I was foolish to believe i wanted to die. Now i'm here, i'm no longer looking back at my dark memories. Whats haunting me the most is the things i didn't do. I was too blinded by the past, i forgot to fix my present and now i'm stuck here. Death is one thing that can't be changed. You only get one life and mine was spent lost in my mind.

Before i could contemplate any further, a hysterical pain strikes from inside my rib cage like it has been ripped out rib by rib. My eyelids unlatch rapidly and a burning bright surgical light scorns my retina. As my vision wanders down, the relaxing sensation gets substituted with the feeling of terror.

Multiple Stitches are cross hatched upon my bare skin and dried blood has formed on various parts of my body symbolizing I've been here for quite some time. witnessing the deep wounds on my chest makes me feel slightly faint.

I'm completely surrounded by medical apparatus, Which the majority of them just look like scissors and scalpels varying in different sizes and shapes. I can't believe my eyes, i'm on an operating table.

But this is not your everyday type of surgery theatre.

I lock eyes with the numerous jars scattered out in different regions of the room. I may be mistaken, but inside smothered in viscous crimson blood, you can make out the various shapes of kidneys each with name tags attached. The uncontrollable fear begins to build up inside of me as i scan the room to witness photos of kidneys pinned up on the walls. My heart almost bulges out of my unstable rib cage as i lay eyes on a tall man in the corner of the room leaned over a desk who seems to be writing stuff down. He is wearing a dark black hoodie which heightens my suspicion even more. Even a naive person would know that he is definitely not a surgeon.

I close my eyes tightly in hope this would all go away yet who am i kidding? This is no nightmare, this is real.

The pain ignites my body as i attempt to sit up straight, i turn to face the door which appears to be open. I take one last glance at the man to assure he is not looking and take a deep breath in despite the pain it causes.

My feet subtly make contact with the cold floor and before i knew it i was stumbling across the room, obviously I know i won't get out of here silently but it's worth at least trying. I throw myself at the door frame in temporary relief however as i did, for a split second my eyes meet his face.

He seems to have a dark blue mask covering his face. More disturbingly, the location of his eyes were just gaping black holes oozing with a black substance. It's as though he could see straight into my soul even with the lack of sight. There is no way in this universe i am going to let some monstrosity with no ability to see, perform any type of surgery on my body. With that daunting thought in mind, I leap away from the door frame and briskly make my way through the corridors with one hand gripping onto my wounds.

The surroundings are like a futuristic spaceship anyone would mistake this for Star Wars by the look of that blue monster. The walls have a luminous glow as the metal shimmers under the LED lighting. I approach many steel doors that are bolted shut which I'm not surprised with the range of toxic/caution symbols hanging above them. The sound of heavy footsteps grow behind me. The slightly rusted metal flooring shock as the creep took every step. The thoughts of him operating on me motivate me to continue limping forward. I dare look back at how close he is.

I catch sight of a slightly open door after noticing its danger warning. I don't care what is lurking behind that door as long as i can escape him. I squeeze through whilst still clenching onto my body.

To my surprise, behind the door is extraordinary. Words lose the capability to roll of my tongue, it's just beautiful. A mystic forest stands before me, drawing me to move forwards. My eyes take in every aspect of it's glory. The trees towered over me and the bark glistens as fireflies flutter delicately around the circumference of the trees. Darkness looms around me however it is minimized by a green glow making me feel somewhat safe. Life is blooming in every region i witness; from small red toadstools to brightly colored flowers i have never encountered before. It's impossible to state how large this place is it's just like the tardis from Doctor Who. There is no ceiling in bound and the floor is real luscious grass. I begin to approach a lake gently flowing with fresh water, you can taste the crispness of the water in the air. However, my magical experience is cut off and i'm snapped back to reality within seconds.

Only a few meters ahead stood two figures which just happens to be Slenderman and Jane. Instantly i hide behind the nearest tree and peak slightly round to listen to their conversation.

"Look Slenderman I've already told you, Jeff escaped with her"

Jane appeared hunched over and out of breath. Her hair's a mess and her clothes are burnt.

"I need to get to the bottom of this, this is not the Jeff the killer i know. I doubt he has feelings for a human, there is something else to this matter. BEN was no use either, he wormed his way out and escaped from the nearest electronic device".

"So what now slenderman?"

He rubbed his tentacles to his head as though he is thinking.

" I need all my students on the case, we find Jeff and interrogate him, we need answers."

" And what about the girl?" Jane questions.

" We keep her out of this realm, away from Jeff. She's a distraction. If matters get worse, we kill her." He said in serious tone.

That sentence broke me, i'm now getting hunted down by monsters, i need to get out of here.

Suddenly, a hand tightly wraps around my mouth and i begin to be dragged away from where i was standing. Their grip is firm and no matter how much i squirm, there is no chance of me escaping their grasp. I remember back to the danger hazard above the door which now i'm thinking i really should have paid attention to.
