17 Awkward

Harry's POV:

I woke up with an awful hangover

My head is pounding

I'm so tired

But I can't sleep

I can't stop thinking about last night.

I know what I did...

How I kissed Vanessa

And Ashlyn saw

I feel awful though! I really do!

I don't know why I kissed her.

I didn't want to and still don't.

I just had to many drinks and she came on to me.

But I have a feeling it won't be that easy to explain to Ashlyn.

If she'll even face me again.

She probably hates me.

But I do really like her, and I want to be with her!

I wanted our first date to be perfect but instead I ruined it.

And now I don't know if ill ever get the chance to fix it.

But I have to try.

I won't give up until I get her back.

Ashlyn's POV:

"Good morning" I hear a voice say as I lean forward out from under the covers.

I look around the room until I find where the voice came from.

Liam sitting on the couch.

"Good morning" I reply.

"Sleep well?" He asked.

"Yea you?" I ask.

"Ehh" he says as he shrugs his shoulders.

"Did you sleep on the couch?!" I ask him.

He shakes his head yes.

"I'm so sorry! You could've shoved me on the floor or back to my room" I say to him feeling bad.

"No, no it's fine. You passed out as soon as we got back so I just left you be I didn't wanna wake you" he replied.

"We'll thank you, oh and thank you for last night too" I say quietly.

"No problem, your my friend. I'm here for you whenever you need me" he said.

"Thanks" I replied with a smile.

"So, do you wanna talk about what happened last night?" He asked curiously.

"Sure" I said.

"If you don't its fine I understa-" he started to say before i cut him off.

"Liam it's fine, ill tell you"

"Ok" he said.

"Well, me and Harry had our first date, he rented out the whole restaurant just for us and it was going good till he had too many drinks and made out with the waitress..." I paused.

Liam walked over and sat next to me.

"Then I ran out and that's when I called you.." I finished.

"Ashlyn, I'm so sorry! Ill talk to him, that's really messed up and just wrong" he said.

"No Liam please don't its whatever" I said.

"No Ashlyn, it's fine somebody needs to talk to him, and about the drinks I know and I'm sure it's cuz he had too many drinks he did that but i know it's still no excuse. He shouldn't have had alot to drink" Liam said.
