Prologue

The peak of my shoes silently echoed at the pavement as I run as fast as I could to catch the what I presume a person   connected to the syndicate I've been chasing.

I can only hear my heavy but slowly breathing,it has been three hours since I secretly followed this man. I saw him entered the dark narrow passage. I continued to run  unnoticed.We were like that for several times.

He stopped in front of an abandoned creepy building.I gaze at the surrounding.I felt a chill down my spine even with the leather coat that I'm wearing,the place sure as hell is empty for many years because of the cab webs in every corner.

I literally stop breathing when the man glance in my direction,as if he really saw me.I felt my back stiffed and my instinct says I should act glued in the blocks. I eyed him for seconds unsure of what to do. My hand slowly grabbing on to my jeans pocket where my shuriken is hidden.But before I could dodge my weapon,the door in front of the man opened,were he entered quickly.Leaving me sighing in relief.

It's almost an action,tsk.

I smirk with the idea.I smoothly landed on the entrance before it closed.

Camouflage activated.

Just before I landed inside, the chilly feelings I felt earlier multiplied.

Something's not right...How come there's no one in here?I had a bad feeling about this.

Alpha Prime abort mission,I repeat, abort mission. You have to get out in there.Right now!

I flinch upon hearing the installed device in my ear."Why?"

The mission has been leaked.And I bet,right now, their watching your every move.

"How...?"Shit!Gracey.That bitch!

I'll kill her after this.

"Its Gracey.Hold that bitch for me,Don't ever let her escape."

I whispered as I greeted my teeth in anger.

Come on Alpha Prime,there's no time left.Hurry!

Think Flare Stacey.Pull yourself together,there's nothing you can do if you let your emotion interfere.

I surveyed the area.Fuck!No windows.How does this even possible?I turned my back to the door were I entered but only to see a foggy hallway.

Well,no choice.There's only one last card.I grab the necklace in my chest.Ready to teleport outside.

Yeah, you heard me,'teleport'.But before I could press the activate button.Everything went black.
