The next week James decided he wanted to have a party, James asked me on my opinion.
"I don't really care, just don't Hook up with any chicks!"
"Babe your so coming, well in fact I asked your mum if you could stay at mine for 2 weeks and she was fine with it."
"James are you serious? 2 weeks is a long time."
"Yeah I know, but my family wants to met you Jess."
"Oh okay, if it's okay with my mum then it's okay with me."
I turned around and started walking to my last class of the day, it was biology. I just couldn't wait for this day to end! I was so excited words couldn't even explain how happy I am!
Next thing I know James runs around me and faces me. I tried walking past him but he just gave me the biggest hug.
"I can't believe I'm Darin you Jess."
"I can't believe I'm dating you James."
He softly whispers in my ear.
"I love you Jess."
I'm standing here absolutely shocked that those words came out of his mouth. He finally lets go and we both walk to class.
Finally the bell goes at 3:05pm, I can't wait for this party!!
"Hey Jess you coming to the shops with me?"
"Yeah, why we going there?"
"I brought you something, plus I need to get some things for the party."
I jump in his car and off we went. It was about 15 minutes later when we arrived at the jewellery shop and I see James quickly jump out of the car and rush in. I looked down at my phone then all of a sudden I hear the car door opening and closing again. I look up and it's James with a little bag.
"Wait till we are home then you can open it."
"Before we go back to yours can I grab some clothes?"
"Totally, come on we gots grab these things for the party."
We both get out of the car and James's mates are just standing outside the shop. I look at James with a confused look. He just grab my hand and we just walked past them like we didn't even see them. About 10 minutes later we both come out with our hands full of shopping bags, and then his friends comes up behind me and pushes me into the ground. I dropped everything and I look down and see that my knee was very badly hurt.
"Dude what the hell was that for!"
"Your with that thing!"
"I'm actually dating her guys so back off."
"James you can't actually be serious!"
"I'm completely serious now get lost you're hurt her enough!"
I look up and all his mates are leaving on their bikes.
I watch James take all the groceries to the car then come back to see if I'm okay. He wraps my left arm around his neck and tries to lift me up. Another lady saw what happened and rushed over to help. They finally get me off the ground and there trying to get me to walk, but I just can't. It's like I've broke my knee. They get me to the car and James takes me to emergency. He couldn't get me out of the car, so he rushes in to get a wheelchair to help me. The nurses saw me straight away and took me for an X-ray. They came back 20 minutes later with the results and a leg brace. I look at them very confused.
"Hello Jessica, my names Dr Monroe I've just got your results back and I hate to give you some bad news but we are going to have to put you in a knee brace."
"How bad is she injured Dr Monroe?"
"Well she popped her knee out, hurt some ligaments and broke a bone."
"There so dead!"
"Babe it's fine, I'm going to be okay, so how long will I be on crutches for?"
About 1-2 months by these results but I want you to come back in 6 weeks so we can see how it's going."
I watch the doctor put in the knee brace .
"There you go, now you go home and rest that leg."
I slowly get out of the bed and make my way out to the car. James took us home and I just laid in his bed.
